Can a Red explain to me why they made us have to buy Teemo's VU?

You gave his new skin a Tristana level visual update that fits Teemo's sadistic personality way more than his base character. That's not an alternate skin, that's pretty much an upgraded champion. Explain to me how is this fair to Teemo players? It seems really bullshit.

I don't want the apocalyptic theme to be his update. I understand THAT specifically doesn't 100% go with his character. Everything else though, from the improved model to most of his lines drastically succeeds Teemo as a character. Thus creating an udyr effect where there is no reason to play an uglier model when such a skin exist. It's a terrible money grabbing scheme that screwed over Udyr for a number of players.
