Can a Red explain to me why they made us have to buy Teemo's VU?

You gave his new skin a Tristana level visual update that fits Teemo's sadistic personality way more than his base character. That's not an alternate skin, that's pretty much an upgraded champion. Explain to me how is this fair to Teemo players? It seems really bullshit.

LOL they did no such thing. The skin still uses a pretty similar model. If they did a VU he'd get better anatomy like Tristana did or even like Heimer did.

HE HAS FUCKING LEGS IN THE NEW MODEL. Old teemo is a walking oval! His animations are next to non-existant.

A shot from the Model Viewer shows that the base skin clearly has legs. They are small, but they are there.

Now lets take a look at both next to each other

Still looks like the same short stubby creature to me. Sure he has more defined features in the OST skin but it's really not the same level as a full VU to me. Maybe a smaller Visual Update but still not on the same scale as most. They just made his arms a bit bigger and legs a bit thicker.

Tristana you can see went from a very short stubby model with little features to: slightly taller, actually defined her ears, gave her much better proportions on her arms and legs, her eyes have personality to them.. she can actually HOLD her weapon now.

Heimer... well his was such an improvement I'm sure ANYONE can see what's wrong with the original. The hair and face are what got most of the update for him. You can actually tell what they are.

Oh I didn't realize I was looking into an awkward angle at a model viewer every game. You sure showed me.

I love how you give me a ridiculous unrealistic model viewer then go to prove my point by showing an actual in-game picture where you can't see his legs and can barely tell if he has arms (this is a zoomed in version btw so you won't ever be able to tell in an actual game). Compared to the newer skin where his arms and legs are pretty well defined.

Let's also not forget that old teemo has a total of TWO NOTICEABLE animations of WALKING and SHOOTING. Everything else cannot be seen because, unlike the model viewer, players can't zoom to max scope the entire game to see his midget arms vibrate. Compared to this new skin where he gets noticeable walking, shooting, Q animation, idol animation, invis animation, a dance, a taunt, etc. On top of having more than 5 lines of dialogue. So please, explain to me how that's fair?

You're nitpicking data to make the teemo skin not seem as drastic when anyone can play the champion in game and tell the major differences.

Skin? They made an entire new model with a VO that drastically expands upon Teemo's character. The same thing they did for Tristana. Except one cost RP.

Love how sheeple follow the downvote train but can't explain to me how I'm wrong. Current teemo looks like a walking potatoe. Riot knows this and with there current technology they gave him a new model. This could have easily went to a Teemo update but they decided to make it a skin.

Skins are suppose to be alternate fantasies. Yet, Teemo has always been a sadistic cold person. (Minus all the war crap.) This VO did nothing but expanded upon it. Everything about this "skin" is just an upgraded teemo.

Nice strawman. There is nothing drastically different, that you wouldn't miss if you were playing the originals, from those two skins.

But I guess if they made the Taric VU (that he desperately needs) into a $20 skin then you would be A-OK with it.

This skin, unfortunately, doesn't really fit in the default League universe, due to being "realistic" and "futuristic".

The reason they only did one skin is because thays where their resources were alloted to.The skins team and champion update team are seperate and dont really interactions with each other until a champ rework had been completed and the skins then need to be tupdated. Teemo is in lower queue for rework since his kit is still in a healthy place. Evenyually they will update his model abd the rest of his skins to better match the quality of the omega squad teemo. Just not yet.
