how to rework/touch up rengar

Q- Wound The Pray

Rengar empowers his blade, te next basic attack on a foe Cripples them, slowing them for X seconds, diminishing per the duration. (Scales off X percent of AD

W- War Shout

Rengar shouts to begin a hunt, gaining X movement speed for X seconds. If Rengar hits a foe during the duration, it refreshes, (Max 2-3 refreshes)

E- Passive - Pursuit Rengar is able to pounce foes from bushes.

Active- Rengar leaps to a foe, dealing X percent of the foes maximum health over 2 seconds, and rooting them
