Would human versions of some shurimans be doable skins?
seem pretty feasable (Yeah, Amumu is technically a Yordle, but that may have been ret-conned)
would be pushing it a bit.

Pre-Ascended would be an interesting skin group, similar to pre-void kassadin.
In the lore, Azir wore a Hawk Helm and armor, so he could just be slightly more human shaped? Nasus would be pretty easy as well, just change his head, remove the fur. Xerath is still mostly human shaped, so just make him solid and stuff Rene would lose all feel of croc-man, his tail would have to go, his snout would have to go. He simply wouldn't look like Rene after that.
