A very well respected woman who demonstrate her own type of elegance, power and strength. At time she may look defenseless because of her fashion/husky physique but she is really quite power house.

She is like Karen El from the Blade and Soul anime she runs an Inn but she is also a business women who hold a lot of power.

Another example of what type of character she could be like would be the Kingpin, he is well dress but if he need to get down and dirty he can.

Lore: She doesn't have a name yet so I'll call her Madame

Madame is from Noxus she own an Inn which is also where she run her network of information business and many other businesses as well.

Madame has always wanted a footing in Bilgewater with the fall of Gankplank she see this as the perfect opportunity to establish a name for herself and her Business in Bilgewater.

To do so she decide to reduce the chaos that has currently befallen Bilgewater.
