I think every time someone comes up with a fantastic skin, that is one more skin Riot won't use due to legal restrictions of not wanting to pay for outside ideas. You have guaranteed that this skin will never happen just by asking for it. The irony.

I think that it looks more like Greek Goddess Zyra. The whole thing just says GREEK to me. Kind of like if... Demeter, I think it is, was a champion.
What is so wrong with Riot setting up a standard contract for outside resources making skins? It's clear that they want to do it, they just want to do it at their own pace. Having a freelance department and a regularly staffed skin department makes sense, it means you get more talent and work done at the same time. As long as a % based contract is in place for the freelancers I see no issues with such and arrangement.

I'm surprise they didn't do more Mythic skins. I mean, Greek mythology is pretty big, they could be creative on a lot of champions.
