I actually really love this concept and I think it could work, but she would definitely need new VO. The great thing about skins is we can break away from the base and re-imagine the character in an alternate fantasy (within reason). An alternative to this would be to take the skin in a more "Evil Usagi" type direction, that might fit a little closer to Jinx's normal personality.
Yandere Jinx would be perfect...
She's missing her tattoos tho. Those should stay on.
