Ekko W proposed change

Since there is an Assassin rework coming around november, I thought I would throw out an idea.

When he pops it, Ekko's W is a 2 second AOE stun. Stuns are not exactly unique.

What I propose is that when Ekko pops his bubble, he "Pauses" all enemy units within it for 2 seconds, freezing them in time.

This would not only stop them from acting, but stop the progression of any timers on them. Additionally, it would cause any attacks/spells directed at them to be delayed until after the pause, at which point all of them would instantly hit at once (If you have seen Quantum Break, think the "bullet stacking" mechanic in that game).
