A Champion Mainly based on Sleep (A Dreamer/Sleep Mage/Nymph)

The thought occurred to me after a while of Zoe being released that since this was a brand new Mechanic, it should be implemented more in the Future :p and i thought Why not have a champion that's main theme is entirely based around being a Sleep Mage? thinking of it i instantly thought how cool it would be to have a character similar to Caitlin from Pokemon Black & White https://imgur.com/a/VO6M7 She's so pretty ;w; and i love her Design, I don't have Ideas for the abilities JUST YET, so i'll make a new post when iv'e made some Abilities and other things as well, such as a Name, Title, maybe where they'd take place Lore wise, etc..etc... ALSO I'LL DRAW SOME STUFF ^^ (not the best artist if you've seen my other posts heh... BUT I'LL TRY! :D Iv'e really enjoyed the sleep mechanic as a whole since it's release and Zoe is now one of my Favorite champions ever <3 but ye it'd be cool to see a Champion ENTIRELY based around Sleep, an ability iv'e thought of was maybe something (SUPPORT WISE) of being called "Sleep Walk" where the champion makes an ally "Sleep Walk" Restoring bits of health or mana or both over time while they are still able to do things after this ability being cast on them, since they're "Sleep Walking" lol idk i'm lame i just thought it seemed cool kek... but that IS just a concept! ^^;> yee, lol

I also thought this Champion could be some sort of Nymph or Fairy type character possibly a new champ from the "Glade" where Lulu is from? :D Lulu also being one of my Faves <3
