Marauder Ashe? Marauder "princess of peace"?

it just doesn't really fit with her character or lore. I could see tryndamere being a marauder, but for the two leaders I think sejuani would have been a much better pick.

Skins don't have to follow the lore.

Skins, according to Riot, are allowed to offer an alternative representation of a character or a different story of a character. They've always done it, one example is Arcade Hecarim, that skin doesn't fit his original lore. More recently we have Garen's new 750 skin where he's a pirate captain.

Like the others said, skins do not follow either the lore or the champion's theme. It just being created at random.
