Jiao Yu, the Martial Gunner
#The Way of The Gun Jiao Yu was a simple man. A man with no creed, no predetermined destiny, no curse... He was simply a man. He loved his family, supported his community...
But everything changed when the Noxians attacked. His village was one of the first hit. Hordes of ruthless killers swarmed the streets, chopping people down left and right.
A great demon saw this, and laughed at the show, scanning the bloodshed below as he looked for a worthy man to make a champion, looked for a catalyst to choose which side would win.
Jiao Yu escorted his family through the bloodshed, donning dark cloaks and trying their hardest to avoid the roving bands of bloodthirsty soldiers.
A large, heavy set man with wicked guns of black iron found them first, grabbing his wife and child by their necks and lifting them, pulling the trigger. once. twice.
Through the large holes left in his entire world's bodies, Jiao watched the cruel man's grin widen as he blew the smoke from the barrel. As if an other worldy force had taken over his body, he lept upon the man, wrapping his hands, which had never known an act of voilence before, around the noxian's throat.
On that day, the demon found his champion. On that day, Jiao Yu found his purpose for living.
and thus he took the first step upon the way of the gun.
#Appearance Jiao Yu's appearance is that of a wide-brimmed hat wearing kung fu master. He wears dark greys and greens and carries two long-barrel hextech pistols (which use magazines. no revolers for this guy).
#Concept Jiao Yu is a melee/ranged fighter who swaps forms fluidly during combat, utilizing gun kata in order to dominate the battlefield as a fitghter or marksman

To start things off, we're going to do things a little differently with this kit explaination. as he swaps combat forms like Jayce or Elise, his ult is a core part of his kit.
##(R) Gun Kata Type: toggled Cost: none Cooldown: .5 seconds (can not be lowered by cooldown time) Jiao Yu can activate this ability to switch between a long range and short ranged fighting style. This ability is available at level one, levellessly, but still levels as a normal ult (technically having four levels)
Short Range: Jiao Yu's abilities and passive change to suit this style. He gains an additional 2/4/6/8% of his bonus AD while he is in this form.
Long Range: Jiao Yu's abilities and passive change to suit this tyle. He gains an additional 20/30/40/50% attack speed while he is in this form.
#Form 1
##(Passive) Way of The Gun Range 200 attacks against an enemy unit pierce, dealing half damage to the next enemy hit. The piercing shot does not apply on-hit effects.
##(Q) Trigger Happy Type: targeted melee attack cost: 30 energy cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4 Jiao Yu pummels the targeted enemy unit, dealing 2/3/4/5/6 attacks dealing a total of 20/30/40/50/60% AD additional damage and applying on-hit effects for each attack. This ability returns 2/3/4/5/6 energy per hit. This ability reduces its cooldown by 20% if the enemy was under the effects of CC at the start of this ability.
##(W) Slippery Palms form Type: Melee CC Cost: 40 energy Cooldown 12/11.50/11/10.50/10 Jiao Yu knocks the enemy's weapon out of their hand and delivers a blow to their center of mass, dealing 75/125/175/225/275+50% AP damage and disarming them for 1.25 seconds
##(E) Lead Whirlwind type: Aoe knockback Cost: 30 energy Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Jiao Yu spins while advancing, firing in a pattern about him, dealing 100/125/150/175/200+60% AD damage per shot, and stunning anyone hit for .5 seconds
#Form 2
##(Passive) Flow of Battle Jiao Yu's basic attacks against an enemy are not cancelled by him moving. Instead, he will continue to basic attack until one of the following things happen:
- Jiao Yu switches forms.
- The enemy becomes out of range of his basic attacks, for any reason.
- The enemy dies.
- Jiao Yu attacks another target.
Jiao Yu's movement speed is decreased by 20% while he is attacking an enemy in this form. Jiao Yu may fire while emoting in this form.
##(Q) Serpent's shot type: skillshot Cost: 30 energy Cooldown 16/15.25/14.50/13.75/13 Jiao Yu fires a piercing skillshot which can be aimed in a curve. This ability refunds 2 energy per enemy hit and does 30/60/90/120/150+60% AD physical damage.
##(W) Kata Forms Type: toggled passive cost: 10 energy/second Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds Jiao Yu continuously changes his stance, minimizing the area that the person he is dueling can hit, taking 10/20/30/40/50% less damage from ranged attacks and abilities made by the person he is currently fighting. Each basic attack while using this form refunds 2 energy.
##(E) Crippling Shot Type: Skillshot Cost: 30 energy Cooldown:18/16/14/12/10 Jiao Yu shoots the foot of the enemy, dealing 25/50/75/100/125+80% AD and slowing them by 20% for 1.5 seconds
