[Champion Concept] Iquienus - The Magus of Frost
Iquienus – The Magus of Frost

Lore: Stats: Abilities: Passive: Frostbite – Iquienus uses frost as her resource. She may have up to 100 frost at any given time. For every 25 frost that Iquienus has she slows enemies around her in a 2500 unit radius by 1/1.5/2%. Iquienus regenerates 10 frost per 5 second while in combat and 25 frost per second while out of combat.
Q: Refreeze – Iquienus throws an Ice Sickle towards target location. If it hits an enemy it generates 20 frost (40 if she hits a champion) and deals 70/110/150/190/240+(.85 AP) Magic damage and slows them for 20% for 4 seconds. Range: 750 Units Cost: 15 Frost Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds W: Deep Freeze – Iquienus freezes target area dealing 40/80/120/160/200 +(.35 AP) magic damage and then slows all enemies in the area for 45%. She gains 50% move speed boost while in the zone. Range: 1000 Units range, 500 Unit Radius Cost: 35 Frost Cooldown: 10 seconds.
E: Crawling Frost - Iquienus deals 60/90/120/150/180+(.2 AP) Magic damage to 120/180/240/300/360+(.4 AP) Magic Damage based on how slow an enemy is. Enemies will receive minimum damage when slowed under 10% and receive maximum damage when slowed for more than 50%. Range: 600 Units Cost: 25 Frost Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds
R: Eternal Frost – Iquienus instantly freezes a 1000 Unit area around her dealing 100/200/300 (+.5 AP) magic damage and slowing enemies by 55%. This zone then increases to 2000 Units after 3 seconds and will do 60/120/180 magic damage per second while enemies stay inside the zone. The zone lasts 8 seconds after it reaches 2000 units.
Range: Cast with Iquienus as the center, initially 1000 units, and then extends to 2000 units after 3 seconds. Cost: 50 Frost Cooldown: 100/80/60 Seconds.
