Can her stun please for the love of god fall off if she doesn't use it for like 15 seconds. I'm tired of being zoned off from my farm because she's just Holding that fucking stun. Either that or lower her damage by like 10% please. I'm tired of her as a whole. Idk what you have to do to her, but she needs fixing cause of that stun hold. Maybe if she stuns with tibbers it would last half as long? i don't know, just make there a way to counter play it because I'm so tired of losing lane because she never fucking uses it.

I'm gonna have to disagree. As an older design she has no mobility. Her primary method of surviving ganks or pushes is having that stun available. She's extremely binary stun and obliterate her target or get obliterated. She could arguably use an entire rework, but she does serve the role of the button mashing newbie friendly mage.

Hold a hard cc indefinitely ? Lissandra FiddlesticksWarwick Lulu Malzahar Ryze Skarner Vi All have point and click hard CC. They can even use other abilities to farm and push. Annie can't.

if she is keeping her stun up that means she can only lasthit with autos which means you can just push her in or do whatever you want

NO. Riot has already addressed the issue of her stun, specifically the topic of having her stacks fall off one at a time, but this answer also applies to having them fall off completely after not using it:

"This is a neat idea, but it has a few issues:

Most other champions with their Ultimates ready already put out the pressure that they could use it at any time This would make roaming or hiding in ambush with Annie a matter of spamming abilities constantly unless the decay time was trivial and it would just get reset in the lane pressure situation."

Plus, if an Annie is holding her stun forever, then she's not able to farm, and that's not playing right. Most Annie's don't do that until team fight phase when she needs to hold it until the right time to let it loose, which is when the enemy groups up and fights. Also, she's a burst mage man, her damage is supposed to be high. Nothing will change that unless Riot decides to change her numbers around but that won't happen most likely.

If you have a stunning move, stun her then. I don't know if her stun can go past minions but if it can't, then stay behind your minions. She may be hard to play against as a close ranged fighter, but once you get past tibbers or if it's on cooldown then she's very vulnerable.
