So if you do not know, Well is a cancelled champion from a decent time ago, as Riot did not have the effects to make a water elemental type champion. Eventually they recreated Well into Nami, but I thought why not come up with a random kit idea for Well. Enjoy :)

Lore (Given from the LoL Wiki) Soterios gathered men and would toss them below the thrashing waves until water filled the poor soul's lungs and he was rendered unconscious. Soterios would then proceed to then Rebirth the lost man by bringing him back to shore, and pressing his holy hands upon the victim's chest until he was brought back choking and coughing, reborn into the world as acolytes to the High Priest.

For years Soterios conducted his Rituals of Rebirth unchallenged. Grown fanatical in his success with the Rituals, Soterios was sure in his belief that his own Rebirth would result in a divine transformation of his body, elevating him to an even higher level of power.

At a command from Soterios, his acolytes lowered the High Priest into the cold, dark sea. Unfortunately, his Rebirth did not go as planned and as water filled his lungs, the dying High Priest made one last plea to the higher powers. Reborn by the Immortals, he renamed himself Well, the Hydrosoul, and lives only to do their bidding.

Passive: Well's water beneath his feet allow him to move through units. If Well's walks over an allied unit, he will grant them +10 Magic Resist and +20 Armor for 5 seconds. The effect can only pass onto the same unit once.

Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 Cooldown: 12 Seconds at All Ranks Range: 900

Active: Well shifts the rocks beneath the surface in a targeted circular area, slowing all targets for 40% for 2 seconds. After 1.5 seconds, the rocks rupture, knocking up all enemies within the area for 1 second and also dealing 55/70/95/110/130 (+65% of Ability Power).

Cost: 90 Mana at All Ranks Cooldown: 20/18/17/16/15 Seconds Range: 1750

Active: Well sends out a long wave of water running in a targeted direction, dealing 20/35/50/65/80 (+45% Ability Power) each second for 4 seconds to each enemy champion in the wave. If an enemy champion walks with the current of the wave, they gain 60% movement speed while on the current. Walking against the current gives enemy champions a 40/45/50/55/60% slow.

Cost: 55/65/70/80/95 Mana Cooldown: (Passive and Active - 30 seconds) Range: 750

Passive: After 5 seconds of being out of combat, Well sends soothing auras to allies around him (himself as well), healing them for 75/90/100/135/150 health and 75/95/100/125/145 mana over 4 seconds. This passive has a 30 second cooldown.

Active: Well activates his passive before granting all allies around him a shield that absorbs 70/90/100/110/125 damage and lasts 3 seconds.

Cost: 110 Mana at All Ranks Cooldown: 135/100/95 Seconds Range: 625

Active: Well encases himself and a target in freezing water, making both him and the target invulnerable for 3 seconds, draining the target for 50/80/110 (+70% of Ability Power) and healing Well for half of the damage dealt. Both Well and the target can not move during the effect.

I thought it'd be awesome if they brought back that cancelled Dashing Rogue champion as a Bilgewater dude :P
