Random champion concept again, tell me what you think :) (All artists take credit for photos, just concepts for the art as well, not actual representations)

Abilities

[Passive] - Revamp

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 15 seconds Range: N/A

Passive: When Dovan last hits a minion, he gains a piece of their soul, giving him +15 bonus movement speed and "Malice." "Malice" reduces the cooldowns of all basic abilities by 3 seconds if another basic ability has hit an enemy champion. These two effects (The bonus movement speed and the "Malice" effect) last a total of 5 seconds. This passive will not trigger again until after 15 seconds, starting at when the effect has ended.

[Q] - Unseen Arrow

Cost: 30/45/50/65/70 Mana Cooldown: 4 Seconds at All Ranks Range: 925

Active: Dovan fires a single shot from his bow in a targeted direction after 0.5 seconds, dealing 20/55/80/100/150 (+95% of Attack Damage) to the first enemy it hits. If it kills an enemy unit, Unseen Arrow refunds half its mana cost.

[W] - Cloaked in Shadow

Cost: 70 Mana at All Ranks Cooldown: 25/23/20/19/18 Range: N/A

Active: Dovan cloaks himself in shadow for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, triggering "Malice." Every other second while the effect is active, Dovan flickers into stealth for 0.75 seconds. Dovan's passive can not be triggered while Cloaked in Shadow is active.

[E] - Phantom Wave

Cost: 60/70/85/90/100 Mana Cooldown: 18/16/15/14.25/12 Range: 1150

Active: Dovan sends out a wave of phantom that makes a squiggly line forward in a targeted direction, dealing 65/80/95/110/135 (+65% of Ability Power), slowing all enemies that are hit by the wave. The last enemy hit is feared away from Dovan for 1.5 seconds.

[R] - Perfect Shot

Cost: 100/120/140 Mana Cooldown: 100 Seconds at All Ranks Range: 3250 - 5500

Active: Dovan leaps into the air and charges up a single powerful arrow for 2.5 seconds dealing 350/450/600 (+75% of Attack Damage) in a chosen targeted direction (Direction can be chosen while charging up). As Dovan charges the shot he gains increasingly more range, starting at 3250 and maxing at 5500.

Note: The arrow has an extremely thin width, making it hard to hit but more rewarding if hit.

Release Skin: Warlock Dovan

Cost: 1350

Recall: Dovan brings up a demented clock, inspects it, and then jumps through. Passive: Purple and black while bonus movement speed is active. Dovan Glows bright purple when "Malice" is active. Q: The arrow is a faded violet with a black trail. W: When going stealthed, Dovan disappears into glitched purple lines. E: The line is a hooded bluish-gray ghoul. R: Dovan has a purple/black trail as he leaps into the air, a ghoul rides the arrow as it is shot.

Will look over kit and say what I think. Passive: The passive doesn't make much sense. If it works like I understand, it really would only work whenever you hit your E and even then, you could just activate your W right after to throw lots of Qs. You seriously need to get better wording in this spell as I can't understand what it's supposed to do. Q: Bland, but nothing wrong with it. If Malice made more sense, this could be extremely useful, but I'm not sure if it's good or not. W: This is such a boring spell. Once again, I don't know how Malice is supposed to work and the stealth is not that useful. For the full duration of the spell, you will be able to dodge 2 basic attacks and delay a few targeted spells. E: Kind of bland aswell. The twist with the fear is just weird if the wave isn't fast. R: Jhin Ult, just bad. It's a single easy-to-miss skillshot where you zoom out to aim. FYI: 5500 units is the same range as Pantheon ult. If you wish to hit something at that range, it can't be a projectile, but an instant attack. Also, the damage isn't high enough for what it is. Jhin's ult works because it deals damage based on missing health, not just a flat amount.
