Mr. Snow

Hallo! As some (probably not, actually) know, if you have seen any of my other champion posts, I try to order these like champion spotlights. There will be a section on abilites, in which each ability is stated, and then I give my opinion on the ability's uses. Following that there will be section containing my general notes. Sorry about its length...

Passive, Snowscape. Activating an ability causes the area around Mr. Snow to become Frost. Allies move faster on Frost, while enemies are slowed. Frost lasts for //_ seconds, and the MS changes it provides decay over that duration This is a very good zoning tool and will help you and your allies escape or chase

Q, Frostbite. Passive: Mr. Snow's basic attacks cause magic damage over time. Additional basic attacks stack this damage. Active: all enemies affected by frostbite immediately take all of the damage from stacks, and Frost spawns around them. Primary damage ability, this can help get Spellthief's Edge stacks off, and can slow opponents down with Frost for chasing and fleeing

W, Cloak of the Blizzard. Mr. Snow and a target ally gain a shield and are briefly stealthed. Frost appears around the targeted ally. If Mr. Snow targets himself, he gains an additional 50% stealth duration, shield strength, and Frost radius. Very potent ability in both solo and duo lane, the stealth can be used to escape or chase much easier. While you get larger bonuses overall out of triggering it on an ally, the more concentrated buff can be more useful, even in a duo lane.

E, Winter's Gale. After a brief delay, Mr. Snow sends out a gust of snowy wind, dealing damage to enemies hit and spawning Frost. The gust remains for half the duration of the Frost, stealthing all allies inside. This is similar to one of Galio's abilities.

R, ___. Frost spawns around Mr. Snow in a large circle, and the timer on all Frost is reset. All enemies on Frost are stunned and they take damage.

Notes: Mr. Snow shapes the lane to his will by heavily zoning with Frost. He can perma boost his allies by placing Frost around him, and he can encroach the Frost onto the enemy with merely an auto attack. Mr. Snow is sort of like a poke version of Braum. He is meant for a poke lane but brings some disengage and all-in potential revolving around stealth. Mr. Snow has two different ways to provide himself, his possible lane partner, and the jungler with stealth. That can shut down bot lane ADCs who deal damage primarily with targeted Auto Attacks, and make it hard for supports to lane their often skillshot CC. Mr. Snow has a high auto attack range (think about Annie). He does not gain armor per level but starts with considerable amount of MR and gains a considerable amount of MR per level. This means he will build primarily armor.

Please place comments and considerations below :) (including a name for his ulti)
