Champion concept: Sevis, the Wrath of the Freljord

Sevis is a Spell-sword fighter/mage adc combining the power of the elements with his own martial skill

Im not good at stats so ill leave the comments to decide what base stats he should have based on lore and other abilites, weather he should be nerfed, or buffed leave suggestions below :D

(Passive) Sunderer: Sevises sword is Sunderer imbued with energy causing every 4th attack to cause one of these 3 effects randomly rolled. Fire: Sets target on fire for 50% attack damage over 3 seconds. Ice: Slows the target by 25% for 1 second. Lightning: Deals a bonus 20% damage on the attack.

(Q) Fire Bolt: Prepares his fire bolt causing his next basic attack to be ranged and blast them with fire setting them on fire for 100% of your Attack damage over 4 seconds and dealing 80/100/120/140 damage.

(W) Frost Dash:Lunges towards an ally or an enemy slowing enemies in the area by 20/25/30/40% for 1.5 seconds and dealing 30/40/50/60 + 50% of AD and 25% of AP and applies effects on enemies including passive Sunderer.

(E) Storm Strike: Sends an electric blast through enemies hitting an initial target and blasting through 4 others and dealing 50/70/90/110 + 100% of AP but with each consecutive hit the blast does 25% less damage up to 75% less damage.

(Ultimate) Elemental Fury: Launches an aoe skill-shot at the area knocking up slowing and dealing damage 200/250/300 + 100% of AD and 110% of AP

Sevis build would be for attack damage and a lot of attack speed to get his passive off more often, with maybe a small amount of ability power (Perhaps a rageblade)

Lore: Although many share the power of magic in the Freljord the art of imbuing has been lost for a long time but one still holds the power of enchantment and controlling the very will of the elements imbuing power into every action every word spoken making nothing done seem worthless, the weak minded fools who rule over the Freljord have yet to taste real power as they might revel in their artifacts none of them have the capability to make their own not like Sevis, the wanderer of the north they call him, but he is more than that for within his mind holds the key to building armies of fire and frost, Sevis has no concern with sharing his knowledge with anyone but his closest friend Braum the Heart of the Freljord they share many a time up in the mountains of the north in a house on the top of a mountain formed with magic and labor of two, although they prefer their own company instead of the mindless barbarians and trolls they make many friends on their bold journeys as the time Sevis saved Trundle the troll king from a nasty end as they became close friends even with Lissandra as his enemy Sevis looks past ones friends and allies to the person within or troll whatever you want. Braum and Sevis were the warriors of the north saving villages fighting armies and defending those who could not defend themselves, but Sevis refused to assist the tribes of Freljord in anyway as he thought them simple minded ignorant fools waging their wars putting those innocence in harms way, but even so could not lose his compassion for Ashe as he grew to love her even if he did not respect her decisions he understood them and swore to never lay a hand on her. However he grew to hate the other tribes leaders like Sejuani and Tryndamere even killing injuring and attacking the barbarians as he called them patrolling near his lonely mountain in the western Freljord bordering the forests from the snowy deserts eventually the leaders tried to destroy him Tryndamere leading the charge with Ashe behind him, but as he swore he never touched Ashe rather dodging her attacks and fighting tryndamere in the cold plains of the north, Tryndamere was not fast or strong enough to kill Sevis his enchanted artistry was strong nearly costing Tryndamere his life in the fight with him and Sevis being mortally wounded. Even with him being the enemy Ashe grew fond of Sevis eventually developing feelings for him as well but in order to keep the Freljord together she kept that fact secret never even telling Sevis, Sevis was a stubborn fool most would say as his passion for combat and magic were strong enough to blind him if he was outmatched but he made up for it with his devastating blade Sunderer. This sword he forged himself from Freljordian steel, enchanted with fire, lightning and ice, for this sword was truly a legend to be feared, it was not ancient it didn't need to be, it was an artifact of a new era created by a man who set out to be a legend himself, it was the deadliest weapon any swordsman could wield with its sharp edge and elementally forged it left his enemies sundered in the icy plains, shattering swords, shields, destroying towers and walls nothing stopped Sunderer it was an artifact in its own right even in young age this blade proved to outmatch the most ancient of magic even breaking strait through Braum's shield in a sparring exercise leaving Braum petrified but the shield eventually repaired itself to both their sighs of relief. A legendary weapon Sunderer was and would be told and passed on for centuries on "The blade is only as sharp as the mind that wields it, unless its Sunderer then I suggest you begin to run, very fast". Many of the people in the north believe Sevis to be a former Runeguard but his true origin is hardly apparent not even to Braum as he never speaks of when he was young or how he learned to enchant objects, Sevis never agreed with Braum on his allies and friends but could count on Braum to put Sevis ahead of Ashe And Tryndamere, Lissandra though was their sworn enemy who they fought with on many occasions at some point Sevis tried to bargain with Lissandra after she took a family to sacrifice, Sevis nearly died saving them but managed to while wounded, fighting off Lissandra. At some point Gragas came by to visit Braum, Sevis and Gragas became allies in combat fighting off a large group of noxian forces while Braum was in a village gathering supplies, The two crossed paths with Darius who Sevis fought and won against but had to run for he didn't want any reinforcements tracking him. Sevis is from the Freljord but nobody knows where, if you ask villages they all have their own stories but the most likely one is he was raised by a spirit in an ancient ruin where he learned from the engravings his artistry many say this because of a ruin recently found with markings, the same ones engraved on Sevis's clothing and armour, the halls whispering to the adventurers telling them stories of the past and even bringing them food and fire how he lived so long in the cold winters is hard to say but Sevis will never speak of his parents and why and if he was ever left in a ruin in the Freljord, many feel the wrath of Sunderer but few face the wrath of his elemental powers lightning fire and frost lace his arsenal of elementalism he melts ice with his burning flames and punctures through armor with lances of ice while raining destruction on the heads of his enemies with lightning. He learned all this from a very powerful magus in the freljord very few speak of this magus's name as he is shrouded in mystery and dark secrets some call this person a demigod an ancient magus who controlled magic in rune terra but to Sevis he was just a man who was generous to teach a young warrior to fight with grace instead of bloodlust. He went to the man and returned after 2 months with the ability to cast magic beyond even most of the strongest mages in rune terra able to tear through the glaciers with fiery infernos and freeze his enemies he became not just a great swordsman but also a very powerful mage and was named the Ruthless Battle-mage when he fought on the rift, the institute of war did not know if they should let such a weak looking average man in but once he showed him his artistry they had no choice, "He nearly scorched the entire rift with his magic". Many speak tales of ancient artifacts and men who became legendary Sevis is one of the few to transform into one of those stories, with a legendary blade he made himself and a name to strike fear in the enemy Sevis truly deserves the title Wrath of the Freljord.

Appearance: Sevis is an average height human wearing light robes not full robes over the legs (More like skyrim robes where its more warrior like) He carries a steel sword (Sunderer) glowing with energy covered in detailed markings and green/red gems, glowing fire inside his other hand burning and fizzling, his gloves and boots are made of leather with steel platings on top with gems and engravings, he wears a hood with a wooden mask carved into a Freljord style in which the eyes seem to be glowing with energy he carries a satchel across his shoulders with a belt across his waste with a dark leather color and an engraved steel buckle, on his back he carries a dark leathersheath with silver straps engraved with magic marks where he puts his sword when doing certain emotes his pants are hardly visible but have a dark brown colored cotton fabric, The robes are a grayish bluish light color with dark brown leather on the upper halves shoulder covers with the main fabric making a greek like robe shape over his shoulder pads along with sowed in markings of the Freljord.

Taunt: Raises and points his blade forward exclaiming "My blade is sharper than yours"

Dance: 80s funk

Joke: Tries to sheath his sword but keeps missing his sheath

Laugh: Sheaths his sword and laughs with his hand on his head
