Candy Cane miss fortune

hear me out...so I really really don't like red hair (please don't take this the wrong way, it's personal taste--you can say you think big noses are ugly (i have one) and i'd be fine with that).

I bought this skin, candy cane specifically because she was a brunette with this skin, so i wouldn't have to look at the red hair. now it's changed and i feel scammed. I will never use this skin again because it now has red hair. Can i get a refund? this isn't what i paid for. Or can someone point me to the document where it says they can alter products you already paid for without having to compensate you.

I don't even need a refund. I'd be willing to settle for: you can take this red head skin back and give me the one with the hat--looks like a commodoress miss fortune or something, or the cowgirl with blonde hair. or the pink hair arcade one. I don't really care, but as it stands I'm quite disappointed that what i paid for will never be used again
