Dante: The dance's fervor

so with the release of xayah and rakan, the cycle is completed, with kled top, and ivern jg. So i began to think of a concept for a midlane assassin.

Dante is a ap midlane melee assassin who excels in 1v1s. While very sticky, if caught out he wont have much means of escape.

Passive: Dance Partner/spotlight Dance Partner: If Dante is engaged in solo combat with another enemy champion, then he gets a 10% damage boost on that champion, as well as a mana/hp refund for every successful auto on them. This buff lasts for 2 seconds after the combat ends. If there is more than 1 enemy champion in Dante's vision, then spotlight occurs. Spotlight: While there are 2 or more enemy champions within Dante's vision, he gets a 20% movement speed bonus, and a 10% damage reduction/tenacity. However, enemy champions get a 5% movement speed bonus while running towards Dante, but get a 5% movement speed debuff when running from Dante.

Q: Music Hype Dante throws down a boombox at a targeted location, which releases a soundwave every second, dealing moderate AP damage. If an enemy champion is hit with a soundwave while moving, they are slowed for 30% for 1 second. If Dante is hit by a soundwave, then he gets a 30% movement speed bonus for 1 second. If Dante and the enemy champion are hit by the same soundwave, then Dante can auto attack them to rush to that enemy, taunting the enemy champion for 1 second. Dante can not rush to the same champion after this occurs for 5 seconds. The boombox has 3 hp, and will die off after a minute. Dante may only have 1 boombox active at a time.

W:Fast feet Dante gains 20% movement speed buff, and his autos become enhanced. While active, if Dante autos an enemy champion 3 times, the enemy champion then gets slowed for 70% of their current movement speed, and takes a burst of AP damage.

E: Like no tomorrow Passive: upon being hit by one of Dante's abilitys or autos, they are marked with fervor. Active: target 1 enemy champion market with fervor, consumes that mark, then that enemy champion and Dante then rush towards each other, meeting in between the two. Dante's next 3 autos (not necessarily towards the marked champion) then do bursts of AP damage, and gives Dante a movement speed buff of 10%, 20%, and 30% ( each percent with each auto).

R: Dance Battle: Dante chooses a marked champion and activates an immense field in between them ( think aurelian sol halfway across the map Q big) All other enemy champions/allies are stunned for 3 seconds and all "ongoing" abilities stop ( like garen's e, rumbles q, etc.) Ally/ enemy champions do not take damage over time during this time ( like being stunned on rumble's ult). The chosen enemy champion and Dante then get a 20% movement speed debuff while running away from each other, but a 20% movement speed buff when running towards each other. During this time, Dante can not harm/displace any other enemy champions, except for the chosen enemy champion. Same goes for the chosen enemy champion. The field lasts for 3 seconds. This field cannot be Cleansed, Qssed, Oranged, etc.

This is a kit that is meant to slow down enemy champions who make poor choices, and rewards dante for enemy mistakes. Even though Dante could essentially assasinate 1 enemy champion with his ult, if he ends up in a bad spot when the stun wears off, then that would most likely end up in death for Dante.
