Azel, the Rites Master is a shadowy support champion, whose abilities sustain his lane partner and team using the life force of fallen enemies. While not the greatest source of damage, Azel brings tuns of healing to help sustain his allies against overly aggressive enemies.

Abilities:

Passive: Blood Ritual – Whenever an enemy champion, enemy minion, Baron Nashor, or Dragon dies near Azel [Range: 1200] a small well of life force is created. Allies standing in a well are healed for [1% (+.25% per 100 AP)] of their maximum health each second. Wells expire after 4 seconds, but there's no limit to the amount of wells Azel can have. [Overlapping wells do not stack their healing] [Cooldown: 1]

Q: Soul Sunder – Azel deals [40/60/80/100/120 (+30% AP)] magic damage to a target and marks them. If he or an allied champion kills the marked target they will leave behind [1/1/1/2/2] additional Blood Wells when they die. [Range: 800][Cost: 25/30/35/40/45 MANA][Cooldown: 4/4/4/8/8]

W: Essence Pulse – Azel channels for 0.5 seconds then detonates all nearby wells. The blasts instantly heal allies within their radius for [80/120/160/200/240(+30% AP)] and slow enemies within their radius for [40/45/50/55/65%] for 2 seconds (Healing from multiple well detonations will stack, the slow will not). All detonated wells will then immediately expire. [Range: 850][Cost: 120 MANA][Cooldown: 18]

E: Rite of Passage – Azel consumes a well to instantly dash to it. Upon arrival Azel is shielded from all forms of crowd control for [1/1/1/1/2] seconds. [Range: 800][Cost: 100 MANA][Cooldown: 25/22/20/18/18]

R: Last Rites -** _ Passive:** If Azel heals an allied champion under 50% health using Essence Pulse the heal amount will be increased by [15/25/45%] ** Active:_** Azel channels for 2 seconds drawing in and consuming all nearby wells. [Range: 1200]. Azel then roots himself, and for every 2 wells consumed in this way he unleashes a torrent of necrotic energy. with a kit so focused around lane minions how will he be useful in late game fights that will be in areas that will not have any wells.
