East vs West = Noxus vs Demacia?

After reading all the complaints about the Chicago sever move I think Riot should milk it by making east vs west skins for Noxus and Demacia. I mean if you look at it Noxus is on the east coast and Demacia is on the west coast and the Institute of War is right in the middle. I am not sure how these skins would look but if Riot took all the rivalries between different characters and put them all into some big contest event I think they could milk this situation for big money.

Noxus is all about personal strength, and the survival of the fittest. This would be the west coast and them wanting to keep low ping regardless of where the majority of players are.

Demacia is all about doing what is right at all costs, and protecting the weak. This would be the east coast and their willingness to sacrifice the ping of the west coast for the majority.

Sure Demacia is to the west on Runeterra, but switching them around makes better sense in reference to the Chicago move.
