[Champion Concept] Quar - Nature's Defender

APPEARANCE - Quar is a large army ant like creature that possesses huge mandibles, a hard outer shell, and is grey/brown in color.

LORE Noxus and Demacia although sworn to peace continued to forge armor and weapons for their armies. Both had workers cutting down trees in a small forest between the two cities. One day a messenger returned to Demacia say several workers had been killed, the same message was received by Noxus. Both assuming treachery of the other sent small divisions of soldiers to investigate. The two divisions were scouting through the forest when they came upon one another. Assuming the other was responsible for the death of their people both set upon each other in a firefight. Suddenly there was a strange crawling noise from all around, Quar burst out of the foliage and knocked aside soldiers from both sides. Following him were thousands of smaller ants that devoured the warriors thrown to the ground. Few men escaped from the forest and returned home, those who did spoke to their leaders of the creature that had defeated so many men. Noxians and Demacians both hoped they could recruit this monster to their sides and sent diplomats to speak with Quar. Upon hearing both sides he agreed that both were at fault for the destruction of him homeland and vowed to destroy both armies in the league of legends.

ABILITIES
Passive - Natural Resilience - Armor and magic resist are increased equal to 2% max health (3000 hp = 60 bonus)
Q - Devour - Takes a bite out of the target dealing 15 / 18 / 21 / 23 / 25% of the targets current health as physical damage (max 500 damage vs monsters) and heals Quar for 40 / 50 / 65 / 80 / 100 health.
W - Rush - Charges forward 500 units (distance is increased by 100 units if cast while in a bush) and pushes back all enemies hit dealing 60 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 (+50% attack damage) physical damage. If an enemy is pushed back into terrain they are stunned for 1.5 seconds and take 100% additional damage.
E - Flail - Quar swings his head back and forth for 3 seconds knocking all enemies hit aside, slowing them by 20 / 26 / 32 / 38 / 44%, and dealing 52 / 64 / 76 / 88 / 100 damage per second.
R - Wrath of Ants - Summons a swarm of 10 / 15 / 20 small ants in the area around him. These small ants can be directed by recasting the ability or using ctrl click. They can not be more than 2000 units away from Quar and deal double damage to movement impaired enemies. Small ants have the following stats:

- PLAY STYLE Quar is best played as a jungler or top lane tank. While in the jungle he can use his bite to heal him self, his flail to deal damage to an entire camp, and his rush to pin a more powerful creature to a wall. His ultimate is best used to over whelm enemies, although each ant is a one hit kill they can deal a large amount of damage when used with his flail. Also these small ant could be used to run down enemies as they have a high movement speed. In lane he cant do all that much except charge enemies into walls and use his bite to heal him self. During team fights Quar should be given a speed buff by an ally and then charge into the opposing team with his flail and make an attempt to push a carry into a wall and distract the rest of the team with his ultimate.
