[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Tzar,The Chaos Mage

Overview: My idea with this is to make a mage spell caster that uses mechanics not normally attributed to a mage caster, without forcing players to go
about the champion one specific way. Tzar [or whatever the name may be] turns ap into crit chance (like azirs cdr to attack speed), along with his abilities being able to crit for bonus damage (less than regular crit multiplier).

Play-style: The champion is dependent on good opportunity calls, as his abilities are shorter range than most mages, but he can deliver devastating late
game damage once his passive starts to amplify his damage.

Pros: Three CC abilities allows for decent control over a fight, and an aoe ult with high damage followup allows solid teamfight potential

Cons: Tzars abilities are shorter range than most immobile mages, and he is squishy off of base health and resistances. Will need good positioning
to effectively use his high power

Abilities:
[Passive] Spontaneous Force -Tzar gains 1% crit chance for every 9 ap he has. (This is based on a high ap build giving 72% crit)
-Tzars abilities can crit per hit, dealing an additional 40% damage

   [ Q ] Prisma Bolts         range: **500** from caster center........Cd: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds**..mana cost -tbd [for all]
                      - 8 zigzgging bolts are cast from tzar, changing direction two times                                       
                      - Each bolt only hits one champion, but champions can be hit multiple times
                      - Bolts deal **60,100,140,180,220 + 60% ap magic damage  **                                           ................. -330 +84% ap on crit max level

   [ W ] Chaos Snare       range **500** .............    **CD: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds**
                      -lobbs a sphere of energy which, when it lands, deals damage and snares                            
                       any champion within 200 range. snares for 1.25 seconds at all ranks 
                      -allows E to be cast while snared                                   
                      -deals **70, 100, 130, 160, 190 +55% ap magic damage    **                                         ................   -285 +77% ap on crit max level

   [ E ] Bedlam Push       range **900** (not that important)     **CD 20/19/18/17/16 seconds**
                      -Pushes all enemies snared by Tzar's abilities in a random direction (8 fixed directions)         
                      -Pushes champions 450 units and deals 75/120/165/210/255 + 55 % ap             ...............     -345 + 77% ap on crit max level

   [ R ] True Pull         range **600**    ..............**CD 130/115/100 seconds**
                      -Launches a wave of energy out to max distance, dealing damage, pausing for .5                  
                       seconds, then returning to tzar, dealing damage again, dragging enemies hit                        
                       towards tzar for up to 200 units, and then snaring them for 1.25 seconds.
                      -each hit deals 100/160/220 +30%ap damage                           ................                      225 +42% ap on crit max level

full combo damage lvl 18 with 650 ap no crits= 2570.......(syndra same ap 3065) with crits = 3598

Q is like 2% viable on a tank version of this champ.
