it shows the chromas are availiable but aren't on the client

i was just looking through some champs when i notice that on lucians base skin on his champ info that his chromas are available i tried and test it on a teambuilder and they aren't showing up is this some sort of bug?

They just aren't out yet. They added the necessary data in this patch, but no telling when they'll release them.

yaeh,we cant use them yet but......the bots can use them,i've seen a yellow lucian and a purple leona i think
