Project Skins -- Time Limited?

Does anyone know if the Project Skins (minus Yasuo) are going to be in the store indefinitely? It doesn't say on the News page. Im aware that they're removing the skins temporarily between the 15th and 17th but I don't count that as a criterium for "limited availability"

They're in there for the foreseeable future.
