New Champion Idea?

I think that all of these newer champs are pretty cool! EX: Gnar, Braum, Vel'Koz, Ekko, Tahm Kench. I mean that as in their kits are pretty unique. I was thinking that it would be kind of neat to have a 'monk' type of champion in league. I know there's already the blind monk in LoL, but what if there was a champion that could simply press R and their Q,W,E were changed from Attack spells, to Healing / Restoration spells, and finally to buff spells? I have yet to realize any negatives that come with this idea and would very much appreciate any constructive criticism that you all have to offer. Thanks for reading!
