Riot Bans People for Talking?

Hey guys, I wanted to post something in relation to dunkey's video where he explains why he is done with league. He was temp banned for shit-talking someone in a game because that person was feeding on purpose. I understand chat restrictions. Don't understand ranked restrictions. They told me that I was restricted from ranked games because of what I said in a ranked game. I played 2 ranked games after my one restriction was done, didn't say anything in those two games. Talk shit in a norm, restricted from ranked. They don't punish griefers or people that troll and ruin the game. The community is garbage compared to what it used to be. And riot in general is making this game too complicated, and the new champs are completely broken, until they realize that and nerf the fuck out of them. I am getting tired of all of the bans
