Ban Appeals?

Hello, I was banned for being toxic in games. And I'm not talking about an understandable 1-day, 2-day, 1-week, or even 2-week suspension. Oh no, I got banned permanently. I could understand a chat restriction and believe that that system should be the way that all toxic players are dealt with. I truly don't believe any player should be permanently banned from a video game simply because they have said something another person didn't like. Most of the time when I swear at another player it is simply a joke. Yes, there are times where I am extremely toxic towards another player and shouldn't even be talking (it comes in good reason in pretty much every case of me cussing out another player). Here's an example. Lets say someone is feeding on purpose in a ranked game. I say "stop fcking feeding cnt" (which of course is completely wrong) but the person that feeds on purpose doesn't get punished. They may get a 10-20 minute low-priority queue, but the person who said something gets a 100 game chat restriction. Or in my case, banned. Why did riot include a mute button in their game? So people wouldn't have to deal with toxic players. That should be enough to stop people from getting offended in the game. If you are punishing players for trash talking in a video game (which happens in literally every multiplayer video game that has some sort of chat) by banning them permanently, I feel as though there should be an option to write a ban appeal. I don't know, Dunkey decided to quit league over this exact reason. Is there a ban appeal option anywhere? I would love to compose an appeal for a non-permanent suspension on the account in which I've spent over $600 on. Thanks
