Guardian of the Sands Xerath
is not made of Sand but pure light energy... Arcangel Xerath would be a better name IMO. And make a new Splash art, he's in the background.

Skarner and Rammus aren't made of sand either.
They are **GUARDIANS ** not creations.
Particles are pretty sandy. Xerath main mid laner and that's my main skin
