Kennen QoL Buffs

I tried playing Kennen ADC and realized Q doesnt proc or . Now that's a huge loss of power and hopefully unintended. Ezreal's Q for instance procs sheen, as do many other skillshots. Also only counts his passive once per attack, meanwhile for Graves it counts every hit. When the passive is up it only applies it to the main target. I feel Kennen's interactions with on hit abilities should be updated.
