Abilities are stitched together form all other my concept. Best stuff in one full package.

Role: mage, support Type: melee

I think it would be funny to have shy and socially awkward grim reaper girl as a champion. She is from underworld, and underworld creatures have different beauty standards. There she is deemed ugly and living most of her life like that made her thing and act in certain way, never thinking she would be called beautiful. However, she had a "little bit" different experience, when she visited the world of the living. She is a bit of an air head, clumsy and naive, but you can read more about her in Story part.

#Abilities

Passive: Light Headed When game starts, your head will spawn somewhere in jungle. If you walk over it, you will pick it, gaining some bonus stats. If you happen to get killed, your head will respawn in random location in jungle.

Passive: Scythe Of Life Whenever you heal or shield an ally, you enter True Reaper form for 4 seconds, becoming more focused on dealing damage.

| Bonus damage done in true reaper form: 5% | | Cooldown: 8 seconds; can't be reduced lower |

She does lose her head, literally. Little bit like a roaming support, you should walk around the jungle, searching for your head. While benefits it provides isn't super great, but something is always better than nothing. Active heals (including those who heals nearby allies/ ally when you kill stuff) and shield from items will activate your true reaper form.

Q: Fake Heal/ Ferryman's Coins Fake heal: shield targeted ally with shield absorbing up to 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 40% of AP) (+ 22% of target's missing health) damage over 3 seconds.

While in ture reaper form, this ability transforms into Ferryman's Coins: blast death enemies in a wide cone, dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 40% of AP) magic damage to them. If there is an ally champion nearby, then all gold gained through killing enemies with this ability will be transferred to that nearby ally champion.

When one form is on cooldown, then other form will also be on cooldown, so you can't use one form after another. This applies to all other abilities with two forms.

W: Life For Life/ Omega Scythe Life For Life: target an enemy and start draining life out of him while channeling, over 2 seconds. Each 0.5 seconds deal 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 20% of AP) magic damage to your target. When you finish channeling or when it gets interrupted, heal yourself for 30 / 32.5 / 35 / 37.5 / 40% of damage done with this ability. Also, if there is an ally champion nearby, then heal him for the same amount.

While in true reaper form, this ability transforms into Omega Scythe: two uses combo ability.

First use: swing your scythe in front of you in a cone, dealing 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+ 90% of AD) physical damage and marking hit enemies for 3 seconds.

Second use: ravage souls of marked enemies, dealing 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 20% of AP) magic damage to them and reduce their movement speed by 30% for 2 seconds.

While in true reaper form, second use doesn't have cooldown and cost no mana. However, you can use it only withing 3 seconds window after using a cone attack. Also, both forms of this ability shares cooldown, so you can't use one form after another. You can cancel drain by walking.

E: Obelisk Of Death Place an obelisk into targeted location for 10 seconds. It will emit an aura, dealing 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 (+ 5% of AP) magic damage to nearby enemies every second. Ally champions in this aura get their movement speed increased by 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8%. Also, every 3 seconds obelisk will shoot a magical bolt at random enemy, dealing 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 15% of AP) magic damage to him (when choosing an enemy to attack, it will have same rules as turrets).

If you enter aura of this obelisk, then your Scythe Of Life will automatically trigger, causing you to enter true reaper form. You will not exit true reaper form as long as you remain in aura of your obelisk.

If enemies stay in aura, attack you and therefore suffers a lot of damage, then they don't know #1 rule in games: don't stand in the fire. On serious note, this ability could potentially deal good damage, if enemies stay in damaging aura and do not destroy the obelisk. Range enemies can safely attack it from range, so while playing support it might not be the best ability to often, except to enter true reaper form easily. Even if passive for transforming into true reaper is on cooldown, entering into area of the aura will cause you to transform into true reaper.

R: Ghostly Storms Passive: when you enter true reaper form, vicious souls will start to swirl around you, dealing 10 / 20 / 30 (+ 5% of AP) magic damage to nearby enemies every second. (this passive is disabled while you are without your head)

Active: three uses combo ability.

First use: swing your scythe, causing vicious ghost strike enemies in front of you and deal 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 15% of AP) magic damage to them.

Second use: charge a short distance and strike your scythe in front of you, causing violent ghost to erupt from bellow, dealing 40 / 45 / 50 (+ 15% of AP) magic damage to enemies in the area and knock damaged enemies into the air for 0.7 seconds.

Third use: release a wave of ghost, dealing 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 40% of AP) magic damage to enemies in front of you and knock them back.

Using third use of this ability will cause you to lose your head, causing it to spawn in random location in the jungle.

You can spam each use more often than ever 0.5, a little bit similar to Riven's broken wing. However, if you don't use it 2 seconds after you previously used it, then it goes on cooldown. After third use it will also goes on cooldown. In many ways, this ability is similar to Riven's ability, but have way more range and deals so what lower damage, have way less CC, have actual mana cost and long cooldown, but wider range should compensate for that. Also, same enemies can be damaged and knocked back multiple times with third use. On other note, when releasing wave of ghosts, one of then snatches her head and the animation for it would look pretty funny.


#Little Quotes On Abilities (not in game quotes)

(1 Passive) - Elders always say i am light headed, so that is why i always lose my head. My head is not a decoration, you know.

(2 passive) - I can be frightening when i want, because i am the grim reaper. Not a full fledged reaper right now, but one day i will be.

(1 Q) - Balance pf the wold is between life and death. My kind, the reapers, are to preserve that balance. But... but i am not really good on healing stuff. Could you pretend that i healed you?

(2 Q) - I am an emissary of death, I am an envoy into the underworld. I don't deem you worthy of a peaceful afterlife and your gold will not bribe me.

(1 W) - We, the reapers, are to ensure the balance of this world. We takes lives, so that new lives could flourish. But sometimes... life is so sticky and gets in my hair, yuk. (referring to pant parts, tar, mud, bugs and similar things, and not what you though about, you perv)

(2 W) - Feel the true power of the reaper's scythe. Feel your living essence sapped away.

(E) - Wait, i know this... Stand straight, relax your shoulders, focus the power of death, clear your mind aaaaand summon the obelisk... Why my obelisks always look... so strange? It's...

(R) - True reaper have power of death in their hands. They can employed thousands of vicious souls, command them to do the reaper's bidding. There is no soul we can not take, but each soul have a right time to be taken. Our job isn't about killing, it is also about... that other stuff. Giving something... Ech, how it is called again? Oh, right, giving life. Wait, that sounds wrong somehow.


#Story (As monologue, mostly)

Hel... Hilo.., I mean hi, hello. I am an incarnate of death, one of the noble grim reapers. Well... not... not full fledged one, yet, but i am reaper-in-training and i am currently attending the Great Academy of Death in the underworld. I am... just got a bit lost and skipped a lot of lectures, but i am still a student there. It is not my fault i got lost, but let me explain from the start to finish.

From the young age, i always wanted to be a reaper, as my papa. He is one of the envoys, who is working right besides the gate of underworld, taking spirits to places they belong. He is so cool and when i was little, he sometimes took me together with him, allowing me to see how he is doing his job. I was like, wow, i want to be just like him. My papa used to call me "sweety" and "little pale princess", he told me that i don't need to be like him, but knew he would be proud, if i followed his footsteps.

Soooo, when i got bigger, i joined Great Academy of Death. Other kids sometimes teased me, called me light headed and said stuff like "don't lose your head", but i didn't care. I have resolve and i can do anything others do. I want to be just like my papa, a grim reaper. I don't let mean kids to bring me down, they didn't discourage me. I worked very hard, studied very hard, learned what i should do and what i should be. When i reached seventh class, i was finally announced as a reaper-in-training and got my own scythe. I was so happy and proud in my self, yet, i was a little bit sad, because my mom couldn't see what i have accomplished.

Being reaper-in-training meant that i would get my own mentor to teach me the aspects of being the true reaper. I wanted my mentor to be my father, but... ech... I got a different reaper to teach me. All is fine, i am not a weak little girl and i will not cry over matter like these. So... well... at academy, we were touched, that one of the first things the reaper must do, is to inflict fear into hearts of the living, cause spirits to tremble and show authority over life and death. I was, like, not very good with it, but i could be scary, if i wanted to. My mentor had no belief in me, but i decided to show him, to prove that i can be scary.

We had a simple mission to visit the world of the living and retrieve one lost soul. As we wandered around, i decided to practice my, umm, scaring powers. I found some simple minded human men, they looked like a perfect victims. As they were lying near the giant stationary water with strange sticks with threads stretched into the water, i slowly approached them. Out of shadows, i walked with confidence, i said unto them "Mortals, look at me", but everything gone so wrong after that. They weren't scared at all, they were scary themselves. They walked to me, started talking about strange things, asked to join them and "swim" in the water. They said to take my clothes, jump into water with them... but... but..... BUT..... i was so afraid, i didn't knew what to say, i just wanted to hide, so i took my head of and covered it behind myself. I didn't know what happened after that, because those mortal men started to scream like little girls and ran from me. It worked, i had scared them, and as i realized it, i wanted to chase them for a bit, but i tripped and lost my head. Ohh the horror, i fell down, rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled. I felt very sick. As i searched for my head, i got even more lost. I knew my mentor wasn't gonna to wait and it was way pass the time i should have returned.

You... YOU CAN'T IMAGINE THE HARDSHIPS I HAD TO ENDURE. There were humans screaming, some even attacked me. Just imagine how hard is to deal with something, when your head is one place and body in other. Fortunately, i had found my head, but i was a mess. All muddy and stuff, i went to nearby moving water to clean myself, but water was very strong and took my head, and once again i had to chase it. WHY ME?

Long story short, i can't really go back home, because i still don't know how to open gates into underworld, i don't have any place to go and i have nothing to do. Everyone runs from me, when they see that i can take off my head, i am exhausted and i just want to get a break.

Jeez all those annoying comments about the picture, that can't be too fun... I kno it's the internet but still... Let's talk about the kit, k? I think that what this post was about :)

Anyways I thought that the passive of light headed was most interesting. I've never seen anything quite like it and its unique, I like it, I would however like to see it bee more ingrained in the kit than it is. Such as the head becoming the top of the obelisk from which the lasers would originate when she has the head. Also if your giving her AS as a part of that passive it should be relevant to her kit of play style. As a Mage/ Supp the AS stat is not as important to them as say CDR or AP so I am not sure how useful AS is to her given her suggested roles, BUT you probably have a reason, so I am ready to hear it. If its not really relevant - remove it, it makes her less of a stat ball and also makes her kit less overloaded. Simple is a quality you should aim for in your kits overloaded is bad (i have the same problem too and I always tend to make my own concepts overloaded, but thats what commentors are supposed to help you fix, some of us want to be on ur team (at least temporarily)) One more important thing to clarify is whether or not her head will spawn ANYWHERE in the JG, or just on HER SIDE of the JG. Finally one more question on the passive is for the True Reaper form (which I think is great for many reasons, and don't see any problems with it) is whether or not her ability to enter True Reaper Form is hindered at all by not having her head.

Q Typo: "Ferryman's Coins: blast death to enemies" :) First part - shield, nothing to say, it's nice utility and it allows her to enter TRM(true reaper mode) 2nd part- nice I like that gold mechanic, we need some of those (Mordekaiser Mora bot lane would be crazy)

W Both versions of w are nice, I like the idea of stealing health and giving to your ally and your self. The second cast of the tru reaper mode doesn't really have a reason to be global, and global ability effects on enemies are usually skill shots not certain hit abilities, and really what's the point of placing the mark on an enemy within 350 units if ur gonna lets get far away enough that the slow wouldn't matter. Lets use Kalista or Twitch as an example each have an ability that marks a target and an ability that activates the mark, and in Kalistas case its also a slow. The thing is the mark has a limited amount of time that it is active and there is a set reasonable range; which is 2 things that your missing. All ur other abilities gave decent ranges except this one.

Is it just me or is it kinda weird that both her true reaper form Q and W are both cones?

E It's kinda interesting I like it, also how it plays with the rest of her kit as well. I feel like the Obelisk should also have a lifespan though, otherwise there could be occasions where it stands forever. I also kinda feel like the magical bolts (or lasers whatever) are also kinda weird. I feel like they really are not needed ON TOP of the AoE damage field of the obelisk, it makes the ability overloaded if you ask me. Also the fact that it deals DoT every sec without any major costs besides the initial cast is also kinda OP most DoT AoE abilities that last as long as this one could have a mana cost per second as well and can easily be turned off (if the user turns it off, or if they take any kind of non minion damage). With this in mind i would also encourage severely lowering the health of the obelisk. (Mora is not Heimerdinger)

R love the passive! (also you can probably forget my statement about ingraining her light headed passive into her kit more) interesting choice of making it 3 uses, like that its not just click to win, takes some though: good. second use is good except the knock up might be a bit much, being that its just the second cast, mostly the special effects of multi cast abilities are saved for the last one. In this case having a knock up on the second cast makes it too easy for Mora to land her third cast. Here we can use an example of Azir. They removed the knock up on Shifting Sands, his E, because it was too easy to lad his ult afterwards.

Why does the ult have a global CD, do you mean static, or internal CD?the 2 second Maximum duration between uses mean that she has 2 seconds between each use to cast the next version before it the whole ult goes on CD right? I would advice looking up Riven's wiki on how to word this ability.

Very interesting that she loses her head on the 3rd cast, thematic reasons its cool, but from a gameplay point; forcing the champ to lose the head seems like a punishment for dealing damage, would that make since from the player's point of view. I mean wouldn't it be frustrating. Losing the head on death makes since, because it punishes the player for dying and it makes thematic sense, but I don't see a reason why Mora should lose her head at any other time. I mean think about all the time that has to be invested into finding her head when no clues or indications are given to where it could be, I mean face checking bushes in the jg is terrible, it would take forever and it is risky, don't make players go through that more times than they should have to.

I could see the ghost snatching her head being a part of her Joke animation if you think that it should stay, but it should not be part of an actual ability. (I could see the ghost in the Joke animation rising from the ground to snatch the head and try to fly away before she reaches out with her scythe to hook her head out of the ghost arms and fling it back to her)

Overall I really like the flow of the kit the way it kind of bounces her back and forth between her different modes is very interesting, and I like that you gave her more than one way to change modes as well, it gives her a very unique playstyle, one that has yet to be used and is much better and interesting in my opinion than some of LOL's other mode switching type champions. Her kit has a lot of interlocking utility/damage and I like the way it all works together. (I really have a soft spot for well implement kits with inter-kit play and this does a great job of showcasing a way to do it.) Bravo on making such a mechanically interesting kit, I really like it.

Um I dont really do lore suggestions or quote suggestions, so im not gunna advise anything on the lore or quotes 1W, or E, but Quote R is a little long - she'd finish the ult before she finished talking.

Magic pen on the passive was a nice addition. For the Obelisk, I would use Hiermerdinger as an example: at lvl 9 his turrets only have about 400 health. So using that example I would say the obelisk shouldn't be more than 800 health since she only has one. Ok now I understand the ult (and I'm not judging your English, I just wanna help you with your tooltips so people can understand better, it was just a small mistake nothing major.) Over all great job

I enjoyed the passive honestly. It's a good jungler passive, but I don't know with the rest of her kit if she'd be cut out to do good camp clearing or not.

Either way, I do like the concept, The lore was a bit cheesy but you know what, the kit made up for it and I enjoyed it.

#CCOS review

For starters, let me say, that pretty undead girls are awesome theme, i even made some concepts about them. While mine were usually sad, yours is also good. However, youthful and cheerful attitude don't fit undeads very well.

Abilities:

  1. Passive. Looks pretty solid, could be a little more active. I am not sure if healing or shielding fits undead theme, but why not. In addition, can enemies interact with her head? It would be pretty funny, if enemies could kick her head around.
  2. Q and W. Looks good, but it might be not so good for new, because of one simple reason: you need to heal to deal damage and window of dealing damage is pretty short. Imagine healing, entering that combat form, enemy is about to die, but your combat form ends. Maybe making that combat form last until at least one ability was used be a better idea.
  3. E. Active part is a bit boring, but passive greatly improves other abilities in your kit.
  4. R. Multi uses chain abilities, in my opinion, is really goo concept. I, myself, working on such type of abilities, trying to polish this style. Lee Sin uses them, but on very basic level. Good ability, but i am not sure if losing your passive (head) is such a good thing.

To sum it up, while it looks good on paper, your champion might be very frustrating to play as. I usually like to do some math on champions, but yours is quite hard to do it and would take a lot of time, so i am skipping it. Passiv1: Dont really like this one as it seems like it could have been a great mechanic if the head mattered more for your other abilities, but as it is its more of a fun gimmick thats actually pretty bad if your head spawns in the enemies top side jungle for example. Would have been a lot better if you started with your head and had to use it with your abilities and retrieve it in lane or something like that.

Passive2: Seems okay, but 5% is pretty low isnt it? But better than being too high.

Q: Why 22%? oddly specific number^^

Q, W and R all are solid and good abilities, E is a bit weird for sup as you said since its weak against ranged enemies, but probably allows her to be played on other lanes too.the Overall a great concept, although i really dislike the lore since it describes literally the worst kind of character archetype the anime/manga world gave us, but it is not a bad lore.
