Negativity in champ select/ lobbies.

I have seen first hand that tilt can be caused during champ select of games. I've been put on tilt because someone was obviously either a massive troll or intoxicated. I believe there should be a way to remove someone from the lobby by voting through majority, 3-2. I know this could lead to more trolls who just remove people jsut for fun. But there should be a way to handle the auto-tilt some people cause during champ select.
