Got kicked?

I was duo queueing with my friend and the queue popped up. I clicked accept then my client crashed without it saying anything or showing that there was a bug splat. I logged back into the client and my friend said i was in champ select even though I crashed and the lobby dint show up. My friend told me that i picked a champ but dodged and lost 10 lp. Now I have a 28 minute wait queue. I will link a photo but its kinda crappy since its on my phone. But below is the message my friend sent me.
