There should be a way to leave a game when a player is going troll/be toxic

Nah, they will likely act like the ADC and get all the farm etc, forcing the one who got ADC to do support or find another lane...... Unfortunately it will happen but there are times that they actually help win the game.

Don't give them any attention or talk to him in positively and more often than not he will see that you guys are not the same team he got tilted over and he'll actually try to play seriously after a while. I've come back from so many games like this, even if he does initially troll and take cs.

But most of the time they don't even go that far. A lot of folks are all talk. Just get in the game and you'll be fine, as long as you don't let him tilt you.

Also, if there was a way to dodge without getting a penalty.... How do you make it so its not abused by trolls that will use it to just dodge many games in a row to piss people off?

They did that specifically to piss people off because they did not get their way. What you did here is give them credit for pissing you off.

The world has unpleasant people in it. Get over it. However, just like in real life, there are mitigation tools at your disposal. Depending on who they are, you can report them to HR, not do business with them again, etc. In League, you can report them after the game. And hope that they were toxic enough to be banned so you'll never see them ever again.

I for one appreciate that kids who play this game can learn a life skill as important as how to deal with disagreeable people. Some of them go about it the wrong way, but hey, it's a learning process.

this is a really bad analogy as you are not being paid. also if someone is super toxic they have tons of accounts so they don't care about reports. in the future sometimes the person your describing is a major client and the only way out of the situation is to quit. quitting is ok learning when to quit is also a valuable life skill.

I disagree, I play this game for fun, I don't get paid to do so. This is a game, a fantasy people use to escape real life. I don't know why there are so many people like yourself that can't wrap their heads around this basic, simple concept.

Plus getting rid of someone like this in the workplace is a lot more difficult than you make it out to be. It's pretty clear that you don't know what you're talking about, but thanks for the life lessons.

This isn't real life, though. This is a game where players can easily be controlled. Although I completely agree that people in real life can't be avoided, and you should instead still show them respect, an online game is not a similar scenario.
