change infernal drake rift effect

instead of burning away rocky terrain and walls the fire drake should burn away patches of grass so that players have less places to hide. like have only one bush top and bottom as opposed to 3, burn bushes near the buffs and half of the bushes sitting on the river leading to top and bottom.
