You know, Quinn is dressed like a pirate and Valor is a parrot? The Harrier symbol is a skull and crossbones? Maybe even have a blunderbuss instead of a crossbow?

Her E will show her swinging from a rope, like you would from a pirate ship. doesn't matter what's gouging the eyes out if it only works half the time anyway.

I think she deserves a 1350 Rp. Good concept no doubt but usually bilgewater is like 750 Rp (correct me if I'm wrong). She had woad for sometime... Nevertheless, a skin is needed for her.
