Can we get a Bilgewater Quinn skin?
You know, Quinn is dressed like a pirate and Valor is a parrot? The Harrier symbol is a skull and crossbones? Maybe even have a blunderbuss instead of a crossbow?

Who is this Quinn you speak of? I only know Jinx, Graves, and Vayne, not these bogus champions you people make up on the forums.
She deserves a better skin
I think she deserves a 1350 Rp. Good concept no doubt but usually bilgewater is like 750 Rp (correct me if I'm wrong). She had woad for sometime... Nevertheless, a skin is needed for her.
