Inspiration Keystone: Rune master
Rune master Give his user one additional minor rune, and the ability to select any combination of runes
Sometimes I feel that my strategy needs multiple rune Trees, But none of the Keystones.
just thought it would be super cool if we had a Keystone like that, and I extremely apologize for my horrifying editing skills
