Not sure why you'd find LoL's amount of girls "disturbing" when basically there's only like 1 or 2 that's even a human and the rest is either some kinda fairy (Yordle) whose "loli-ish" appearance is their adult form or something like Zoe who is pretty much a god that just choose to present themselves in the form of a little girl.
It's not like this is the first time where young children are used in a mythical and fictional setting, might want to check all of those ancient legends and whatnot where angels and fairies are usually depicted to be child-like and children are often the subject of the story.
It would be nice to see some old witch/mage/healing/wise woman champ actually. I mean you have Zilean for an old man, and he manages on the rift. Maybe she doesn't use close combat for herself but perhaps can magic monsters to do her dirty work or something like that.

Who do you think are the five lolis? Zoe, sure, but who else? I think "loli" implies some kind of sexualization, which would disqualify Annie and Lulu. They're definitely just children. Neeko qualifies, I suppose. I think she's supposed to be a young woman but her presentation is pretty child-like.
How would an old woman fare on the rift? The only way they can pull that off is like Camille where they swap out all her old lady parts for robot parts. They can't have too many tho because how much of that can they do
