Introducing
=========== +++ Yarusee, The Embodiment of Jealousy. +++
**Role: **Brusier/Mage? (Possibly how Ekko turned out)
================================================================================ TLDR; (may leave out some details, see Skill Details for better description)
General concept: A super double edged champion with an Envy/Jealousy theme that reduces trolling to a minimum. Usually a champion that can kill/harm allies is godsend to a troller. Here, I put preventive measures so that trollers cant outright kill allies.
**Passive: ** +++
- Yarusee spawns flowers, pick up flowers to get "Seed of Envy" stacks. If enemies hit Yarusee, they get a "Flower of Envy" stack. Parsee's autos detonate flower stacks.
- Yarusee gains AP = to % damage dealt if she contributes to a champion kill.
Q: +++ Target enemy champion has a trail of footsteps stalking them (think Ekko Ulti). If the trail catches them, they take damage. Champions on their team who step onto trail gain an aura that hurts nearby allies. Hurts more if champions have flower stacks.
W: +++ Passive - Allies can pick up flower stacks, just click on flowers to do so. Allies get benefits for picking up flower stacks but become targetable to Yarusee. Allies hurt by Yarusee may gain additional benefits.
Active - Channels a stealth after a few moments. Doing anything else breaks the channel. Enemy champions within ability area take damage from nearby allied units. Being close enough to Yarusee allows you to see her. Yarusee breaks the channel if enemy champion leaves the area and there are no more enemies in the area. Champions with flower stacks can get hit by friendly fire for small % damage dealt.
E: +++ Target enemy champion has a trail of footsteps stalking them (think Ekko Ulti). This trail is actually a stealthed Yarusee. Player controls a clone. If stealthed Yarusee catches them, she siphons HP, applies flower stacks. Champions already marked with flower stacks get hurt more.
R: +++ Passive - Yarusee can gain flower stacks with via her passive now. Yarusee is immune to normal effects of flower stacks.
Active - Target champion with certain number of flower stacks are now targetable by their allies and gain can gain their aggro if applicable. Second activation of ability consumes flower stacks on targeted champion and deals damage per flower stack and distributes that many flower stacks to nearby champions on that team. If second activation used on an ally/herself, nearby friendly champions gain benefits instead of Flower Stacks. These benefits are doubled if this ability kills the allied unit/Yarusee.

Skill Details:
================================================================================ +++++++++ Passive - 1st effect: Nature of Jealousy: +++++++++ Yarusee often spawns pretty pale flowers around herself. Yarusee can turn these into "Seeds of Envy" by picking these flowers up grants Yarusee temporary benefits per Seed of Envy she possesses. "Seeds of Envy" stacks lasts for (MODERATE PERIOD OF TIME). Enemy champions damage Yarusee will take a Seed of Envy from Yarusee and gain a stack of "Flower of Envy". These stacks last for (A WHILE) or until Yarusee consumes them with an auto attack, dealing (DAMAGE) per stack. ** 2nd effect: Twisted Satisfaction:** +++++++++ Yarusee gains AP equal to a (%) of the damage she dealt for a champion kill participation (?maybe up to a max cap?). Allied champions that Yarusee kills/assists (including herself) grant her (either no gold+exp, or a tiny fraction of it). [See W and R Passive].
+++++++++ Q - The Invisible Monster: +++++++++ Yarusee's envious nature chases a target in the form of a trail of footsteps, (Kinda like Ekko's ultimate trail) dealing (DAMAGE) to the target if it catches up. Enemy champions that walk onto the trail will gain an aura that slowly (DAMAGES) nearby champions on their team.
Champions with Flowers of Envy take (MORE DAMAGE).
+++++++++ W - Unseen Wrath: +++++++++ Passive: Allied Units can now gain stacks of "Flowers of Envy" by right-clicking to pick up the flowers Yarusee spawns. Allies that gain flower stacks gain twice as much but lose them twice as fast. Allied Units with "Flower of Envy" stacks are targetable by Yarusee and take a (%) of the damage dealt by Yarusee as true damage if they are hit by Yarusee. Allied Units with "Flower of Envy" stacks gain (BENEFITS). Allied Units damaged by Yarusee also gain (BENEFITS), scaling on how much damage they took from Yarusee.
Active: Yarusee spends (A MOMENT) curling her knees to her chest before turning invisible. Moving, attacking or casting spells breaks this stealth. While in stealth, Yarusee gains (A DEFENSIVE BUFF). Enemy champions who come close enough to Yarusee gain true sight of her (meaning they can see her while she's in stealth). While channeling this stealth, Enemy champions within a certain radius of Yarusee slowly take damage from nearby units on their team. The ability automatically ends if an enemy champion leaving the ability would leave no champions left within the ability.
Champions with Flowers of Envy become targetable by units on their own team, taking (A SMALL %) of the damage if they get hit by friendly fire.
+++++++++ E - Envious Facade +++++++++ Yarusee clones herself, turns invisible, chases a target in the form of a trail of footsteps, (Kinda like Ekko's ultimate trail). While chasing, the player gains full control over the clone and loses control over Yarusee's real body. This clone takes (INCREASED DAMAGE) and will deal (VERY LITTLE DAMAGE) to structures and enemy champions. Activating this ability again takes (A MOMENT) to cancel. If Yarusee catches her target, she siphons health from her target, marks them with some "Flowers of Envy" stacks and her clone disperses. If her clone is killed, this ability is immediately canceled and Yarusee takes (%) of the damage the clone has taken.
Champions with Flowers of Envy have additional (either stats or health) siphoned.
+++++++++ R - Wretched Torment +++++++++ Passive: Yarusee can now gain stacks of Flowers of Envy, through consuming them from champions. [See 1st Passive]. She is Immune to the normal passive effects of Flowers of Envy. [See W passive] These Flowers of Envy stacks last a significantly increased duration on Yarusee.
Active: Target champion with at least (A CERTAIN NUMBER) of Flower of Envy stacks becomes fully targetable by units on their team for a duration. Timers on all Flower of Envy stacks get refreshed. Units on the target champion's team may become hostile to them if applicable. Upon a second activation of this ability, the target champion's Flower of Envy stacks gets distributed among nearby champions of their team and the champion takes (DAMAGE) per stack. If this ability is used on an allied unit or herself, allied units gain (BENEFITS, doubled if this usage of this activation kills an allied unit or Yarusee) instead of Flowers of Envy stacks.
