Story: Niko was a poor child raised in the back country near Zaun. Niko was looking for work and decided to take up arms for Zaun and eventually rose from the ranks within the military of Zaun. He regrets watching his supposed allies do terrible and immoral things to innocent men, women, and children while fighting amongst ranks the armies of Zaun and their ally Noxus. After his military service he worked as a smuggler, but after being blamed for a shipment that sank off of the coast of Bilgewater, he is now a marked man amongst the criminals of his homeland. He has fled Zaun embarked to find success and new opportunities within the city of Piltover, (maybe Demacia) but has once again been called to defend his life, liberty, and freedom within the League of Legends.
Appearance; Nico is a man with a close cropped black hair cut and stubble. He has a thick accent like Viktor. He wears track pants, and a non-matching track top, with a leather jacket over it. His weapon of choice is an rifle that looks like an AK-47, but is known to carry a knife.
Passive; Contract Killer- Niko gains an extra 15g for each large monster he kills, 100g for an assist on an epic monster, and 200% of his cut of gold from any bounties claimed and tower global gold that he gets a kill or assist during.
Q; Crookshank- Niko dodges the next melee attack made at him within the next 2 seconds, dealing 100%/150%/200%/250%/300% basic attack (+20% of bonus AD) damage and slowing the target by 50% for one second. (+1 sec for every 100 AD) (+1 sec for every 100 AP) 14/13/12/11/10 sec cool down.
W; Fervor; Attacking the same target causes Niko to gain 2/4/6/8/10% attack, speed, stacking up to 4 times. At 4 stacks, he gains 5/10/15/20/25% critical strike chance against that target.
E; Bolt; Niko loses the ability to attack, but gains 200% move speed for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. This can be canceled at any time. 40/36/32/28/24 sec cooldown.
R; Molotov- Niko throws a Molotov cocktail, the signature of his people. This deals damage in an area, and burns for 3 seconds. This deals 200/400/600 (+100% AP)(+100%AD) magic damage on impact, and 100/150/200 (+20% AP; +40% AD) damage per second.
