[Champion Suggestion] Moxie, the runaway. (with song :D )

Name: Moxie, the runaway.

Role: Support/jungler

Lane: Bot/Jungle

Range: 550; Ranged.

Movement: 340

Mana: 300-900


Passive: Kleptomania.

Moxie gains extra gold from assists and lane minions that die from a friendly champion close to her and gains 1 stack of kleptomania (2 stacks for assists) <No stacks for actual kills>. for every 10 stacks of kleptomania Moxie gains 3% out of combat movement speed (max: +40%) .


Q: bubble trouble: (target cast; range: 400 units; cost: 40 mana; 9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown):

_Moxie throws a bubbly ball of magic to the target damaging them for 30/40/50/60/70 magical damage (+35% ap) (+25% ad) once that bubble hits it bounces one time (range 250 units), prioritising lane minions or small neutral monsters first, dealing 35/45/55/65/75 magical damage (+40%ap) (+30% ad) it then bounces a third time (same range), prioritising Champions or Large monsters (champions over large jungle monsters) damaging them for 25/35/45/55/65 magical damage (+25% ap) (+20% ad) and rooting that enemy for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3s. _

W: Magical overcharge: (self cast; cost: (40) mana; range: 300; 15/13/11/9/7 second cooldown)

_Moxie gains 10/15/20/25/30% burst of movement speed that decays over the duration of this effect and ignores unit collision while magical sparks fly around her for the next 1/1.5/2/2.5/3s dealing to all enemies around her 5/10/15/20/25 Magical Damage (+25% ap). each enemy can be hit with 2 sparks per second and The effect has the total output of 9 sparks per second (3 sparks at the time meaning that 3 enemies can be hit at the same time). Neutral monsters can take more sparks. Lane minions can be hit 4 times per minion. prioritises champions then large neutral monsters, then normal neutral monsters then minions. If a spark is locked on an enemy following them but that enemy moves out of the range, they do not get hit by it. The sparks can only reach out to 300 units. _

_E: wobbly shield: _(target friendly cast; cost: 55 mana; 550 range; duration: 3/3.5/4/4.5/5s; 21/18/15/12/9 second cooldown).

Moxie gives a visually wobbly spell shield to an ally or herself, that can negate all Enemy spells for the next 0.5/1/1.5/2/2.5s. At the end of that effect, the shield pops and the affected champion takes 80%/75%/70%/65%/60% of the total amount of damage they would originally take. and are slowed for 20% for 1s. the cool down of this effect begins only after the bubble is broken. (so the damage reduction is 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%)

R: Magic Liberation: (self cast; area of effect: 500; 90/80/70 second cooldown)

_Moxie gets anxious, nervous and rage fills her, she channels for a second while being able to do normal actions, then releases an instant flash of light that does 100/200/300 (+ 60% AP) to all enemies and neutral monsters in the area of effect and stuns them for 1.5/2/2.5s. Everyone affected by this ability gets grievous wounds for the next 3s. The enemies can see an indication of the range of Moxie's ult but only if she is visible (just like Nunu's ult) _

_Lore: _

_Moxie grew up in demacia. She realized she had magical potential since she was a little kid but her parents did not want to accept that as magic is considered bad there. They put all their might to seal that power but it would take a lot of effort with each passing year. _

When Moxie became a teenager she was tired of everything their parents would do. She had heard about lux and how her family is sealing her powers and frankly she did not want to end up like her. She was filled with rage that her family would not recognise her for who she really was, and was ashamed even for her.

_So one cold and rainy night she decided to run away, packed her clothes and took off everything that was concealing her powers. Taking off her last item though had some unexpected effects as a massive flash of light followed by a very loud boom woke up almost the whole city. All of that magic sealed inside her for so long had just bursted scaring everyone. It was time to run but she did not know how or where. _

_Soon the guards were after her and all she could think of is "run" "just run" "run, you can do it" and she did, not knowing how she became faster, her feet lit up and sparks were flying all around her, until she lost them. She was lost. Walking for weeks, stealing food and supplies from passing ventors until she reached Piltover. _

There she met Everdeen that decided to take her in and help her discover her potential. She now lives in Zaun with Everdeen still not in full control of her powers but always striving for the best. She lives as a street kid, has what one would call bad friends and gets in a lot of trouble all the time.

I haven't finished reading the whole thing yet, but there are a few things I want to point out.

5/10/15/20/25 Magical Damage (+25% ap). each enemy can be hit with 4 sparks per second

So a total of 100(+100% AP) per second? I suggest making the ap ratio 7 instead. The ability itself also needs a higher cd.

Her e is also way too strong.

that can negate all Enemy spells for the next 3s.

I'd take this part out completely, since giving 60% dmg reduc is extremely strong already.
