[Champion Suggestion] Gan - The infected samurai. (With music :D)
(im looking for a volunteer to illustrate my concepts. if anyone is interested please pm me).
Name: Gan, The infected samurai.
Role: Jungler/Tank/support
Lane: Jungle/Top/bot/mid
Range: Mele.
Movement: 350
Mana: 300-900
Passive: Disease.
Each spell or auto attack leaves a disease mark upon the target, upon 3 hits the target gets 10/30/50/70 extra physical damage (+25% AD) (+25% ap) scaling at levels 1/6/11/16. afflicted targets have grievous wounds for the next 4s. The same target can not be afflicted with the effect for every 7s. Visually the target gets darker like plague is upon them.

Q: Quick Slash: (skill shot dash; range: 400 units; cost: 50 mana; 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 second cooldown):
Gan channels for 0.5s (unable to move) then dashes to a target location slicing through all the targets in between, damaging them for 20/40/60/80/100 (+30% AD) (+20% ap). for each enemy this ability kills, the cool down is reduced by 1s. he also gains 20% Life steal for the next 3 hits.

W: Disease Yoko: (area cast; cost: 40 mana; range: 300; 6.5/6/5.5/5/4.5 second cooldown)
Gan swings his sword in front of him sideways, Every enemy his sword touches gets damaged for 40/50/60/70/80 physical damage and for the next 5 seconds are inflicted with poison (the disease) that does 8/11/14/17/20 true damage per tick. that wave of disease moves further from his sword's range though for 3ple the amount of distance moving slowly forward and stays on the field for 4s after it is casted damaging enemies it touches for 8/11/14/17/20 true damage per tick. (1 tick is roughly 1s). (the disease stays with them even if they are not in the area of the cloud, that way if an enemy champion is already inflicted, they don't get extra damage from the cloud of poison). This disease can only affect enemies once per cast and only for 4s.

_E: Kesi Slash: _(skill cast; cost: 40/60/80/100/120 mana; melee range; 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 second cooldown).
Active: Gan's next attack is an overhead cut that does 35/50/65/80/95 (+45% total AD) extra physical damage that roots the enemy hit for 0.25/0.50/0.75/1/1.25s. when and if that hit is dealt, Gan gains 10/12/14/16/18 armor (+10% armor) and 20/22/24/26/28 magic resist (+10% magic resist) for the next 3s. If Gan loses less than 10% of his maximum health during the 4 second duration , this ability will have double the normal cooldown.

R: Revenge is at hand.: (self cast; 90/75/60 second cooldown)
Gan gains 30% movement speed and 1% attack speed for every 1% of his missing health (max 50%). Every time a Champion or a large monster dies while having a disease mark on them, the cool down of this ability is reduced by 2s.

Gan was a samurai, learning his techniques from Elder Souma, Yasuo's same master. He was second best after yasuo in the class and that always has been the case because of yasuo's unnatural abilities, so it made sense he had a rivalry with him.
One day Yasuo was accused of murdering Elder Souma in the war between the Ionians and the noxians. Gan gathered the entire class and raised their swords against Yasuo when he arrived. They chased him along with the guards but yasuo was match too fast for him. Gan took his master's sword and promised he would find and kill him for what he had done.
As Yasuo's brother, Yone chased and fought Yasuo, Gan was preparing with his allies for a second wave of attack in case Yone failed and soon enough they learned about Yone's death. Now was their chance to strike.
Gan chased down Yasuo while all of his allies finally gave up. He wandered through lands and deserts, survived the worst and finally created his own style.
But Gan's jurney was far from over. He ended up in Zaun were he had to fight thieves and scums daily. One day he killed a few creatures that attacked him enraging a secret organization. That organization send Twitch to defeat Gan. They fought 3 times and every time Gan would lose and flee with terrible wounds that none would treat.
Those wounds started to get infected but Gan was determined to survive and find Yasuo, kill him for everything he has done and bring justice to the world.
_ Everdeen found him Lying on a small alleyway, fatigued, been beaten down by some thugs that stole everything from him, even his sword. He died in her arms. She then quickly (she is very quick) took him to her lab, used her electric abilities to revive him and so she did but the results were a little bit weird._
What she did not expect was that this revival would give Gan immunity to the disease he was carrying inside his blood stream. The affliction had reached his heart and brain but it would not affect him, at least in no negative way. Soon enough he found out that he could use that disease in an aggressive manner.
As a New man, he got up and found the kids that stole his sword. They had sold it to a merchant that was heading to Piltover to re-sell it. Gan afflicted them with his disease and left them there. If their will was strong enough, they would survive.
Finally he tracked down the merchant, took his sword back with minimum violence and resumed his journey to find and kill Yasuo.
Fun fact: Gan means cancer in japanese. Yoko is the side cut in samurai technique and kesi the overhead cut.
) you could have that passive permanently on lane or in teamfight. Like what. If you do some math then meele champ got base Armor at 18. level around 90 + (

) + runes = 160 armor now with your passive (160*0.30 + 50) == 258 Armor. You might get permanent boost of 100 armor + MR with one basic ability and that bonus can be much higher if you go full tank.
