Passive: Robotic Resources- XV-328 does not utilize mana, he instead uses a unique mechanic called Amps, which regenerate only when he is in motion or when attacking enemy champions. Max: 900 Passive:Strategic Re machining- Upon Death, XV-328 turns into a variable platform for construction, selecting an ability will turn him into a varying weapon depending on the corresponding ability. Passive Q: Re-machined Turret- XV-328 turns into a stationary turret, being able to fire 2( times Level) bullets at enemies in range (700). Passive W: Re-machined Scout- XV-328 turns into a scouting drone, being able to move (200 Times Level) units, and being able to fire one piercing bullet at an enemy in range (700). Passive E: Re-machined Mine-Sweeper-XV-328 lays down (1 times Level) mines in a circle around him in a 400 unit radius. Passive R: Re-Machined Artillery-XV-328 turns into an artillery cannon, firing a single shot that does area of effect damage (450) to a target location (Global) Q-Rail-gun: Cost:10/20/30/40/50 Amps Range:550 Cooldown: 5/4/3/2/1) XV-328 turns his arms into a cannon, disabling the use of auto attacks, and fires a mid-range skill shot. The cost and cooldown of firing increases with every consecutive shot, capping at 100/200/300/400/500 Amps and 30 seconds W- Militant Movement: Cost:20/50/80/110/140 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 XV-328 increases his speed by 10/20/40/60/80% for a few seconds, and increases the damage of his auto attacks by 5/10/15/20/25% for 3 attacks. E- Trip Line: Cost:90/130/170/210/250 Range:200 Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6/5 XV-328 plants a mine behind him, which deals 20/30/40/50/60 Damage and Knocks enemies back from the center of the blast when stepped on. If cast when w is active, XV-328 instead lays mines in a path behind him. R- Artillery Support: Cost:100/125/150 Range:800/1600/3200 Cooldown: 120/110/100 XV-328 Turns into an artillery cannon and fires an incendiary round at a target location, dealing 200/350/500 damage in a 400 Range area.

His q and w passive would be go from stupid to amazing depending on their scaling I don't think they should be based on level but on fixed amounts. For example 2 Bullets at level 1? Then 36 at 18? Its better to have 5,10,15.... Also if he dies and goes into his passive how long will he stay there? Does he fire automatic? Is their a cool down between bullets?(Like .5 seconds or something)

This isn't too bad. (again why was this at 0) I feel like he would be a good champion if he was given some kind of direction. Let me start off...

His AMPS resource is a nice mechanic.

We have yet to have someone fill the robot niche in League.

If you give him a proper lane and class... he could be a good champion if you try to make a new kit for him ( along with some of the old stuff ).
