Delos shoots out an arrow-like projectile that deals 50/85/120/155/190 +
35% Ability PowerMagic Damage to all units passed through, stopping at the first champion hit. Hitting a champion applies 1 Black Soul stack for 3 Seconds, slowing the target by 10% and reducing Magic Resist by 5%.
Dark Arrow does not penetrate Demonic Orb, but instead gets absorbed and causes the Demonic Orb to shoot out 3 Minor Dark Arrows that seek out the closest enemies within 400 Units and deal 20/40/60/80/100 +
10% Ability PowerMagic Damage, and apply Black Soul stacks.
######W: Demonic Orb

Delos throws out a demonic orb that stays in place for 5 Seconds and can interact with his abilities and attacks. Enemies hit by the thrown orb are knocked away 100 Units. Basic attacks on the orb cause it to absorb 30% of the damage, unleashed on the orbs next damaging ability. Recast to shatter the orb in a 250 Radius and deal 45/70/95/120/145 +
30% Ability PowerMagic Damage, stunning enemies hit for 1 Second.
After conjuring the orb Delos empowers his next basic attack within 3 Seconds to deal 30/40/50/60/70 +
30/35/40/45/50% Ability Powerbonus Magic Damage.

Delos stretches out his demonic hand, slams it to the ground, and claws it back in. Deals 80/125/170/215/260 +
70% Ability PowerMagic Damage and heals for 12/24/36/48/60 +2.5% Max HealthHealth for every unit killed, tripled against champions.
Recast while activating the slam to pull yourself forward.
Demonic Orb: Shatters the orb in the direction of the slam, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 +
40% Ability PowerMagic Damage in a large 500 Unit 40° Cone.
######R: Demon's Throne
CD 120/95/70 | Cost 100/125/150
Delos has a throne emerge from below and sits upon it for up to 3/3.5/4 Seconds. Delos becomes unstoppable and takes 60% Reduced Damage while on his throne. Delos empowers his next ability that he casts within the duration, including Demon's Throne, but can only recast his basic abilities in a 90° Cone in the direction he is facing. Empowered abilities do not interact with Demonic Orb.
Moving Delos will cause him to leave his throne, but he can return within the duration to cast his empowered ability. Delos is only unstoppable and takes reduced damage while sitting on his throne. He can stay sitting in it after casting his empowered ability, and may cast abilities, but cannot cast another empowered ability for the duration.
Dark Arrow
Fires a dark projectile across the map, dealing 200/350/500 +
60% Ability PowerMagic Damage to all units passed through, stopping at the first champion hit and inflicting 5 Black Soul stacks.
Demonic Orb
Throws an orb that then crashes down into the ground and deals 50/75/100 +
30% Ability PowerMagic Damage every 0.5 Seconds for 3.5 Seconds in a 300 Radius, slowing enemies inside by 40%.
Hand of the Damned
Claws in a 650 Unit 60° Cone, pulling enemies hit back by 300 Units and dealing 150/275/350 +
85% Ability PowerMagic Damage, tripling all heals by the ability.
Demon's Throne Recast
Teleports up to 500 Units away in the sky and then slams down with his throne, dealing 100/150/200 +
50% Ability PowerMagic Damage in a 400 Radius, stunning enemies within 200 Units for 2 Seconds, and pushing other enemies 200 Units away.
Passive will be about the same strength as Veigar passive for the most part, but only kicking in at around 50-10% health. Making his true power a risky move. It works additively with Rabadon's, so a total of 80% not 96%.
Since your W is such a small knockback your only decent escape is E 2nd cast, which lets you hop a small distance away. Otherwise you can always exhaust R to get away... but that's a tough call to make. In team fights you'll generally want to use R+W to deal most of your damage, but certain situations can make R+E a better choice. In 1v1's your R+R is great, and give you a bit of defenses to last longer. And for ganks a quick R+Q can help from across the map, especially after recalling.
In laning phase you'll want to start E, W, and then Q. E will offer the best wave clear, and W will follow that, and give you a decent ranged poke combo when needed. Q is best for poke, but offers little in wave-clear.
Build-wise you'll probably want to rush a
and other high damage AP items. Getting more health from items like
is very useful as well, since it will increase your 10% health range by 50 points, going from 205 to 255 is a huge gap even in end-game.
