@Riot — Skin Recolors?

Hey, Riot... Will we ever have the opportunity to buy the Skin Recolors you surveyed players about last year? Were there issues deciding exactly what to charge for said Skin Recolors? Are you currently having issues implementing them, or have they been scrapped entirely?

Have you considered adding them as an optional purchase to existing skins? What I mean is could you give players the option to spend a little extra RP in order to be able to recolor the skin they purchased as they please? Perhaps you could sell the ability to recolor any owned skins for a champion for a larger amount of RP... Like a per-champion Recolor Bundle?
