750 RP Skins - Upgrades?

So, Riot has added several new 750 RP skins to the PBE today. It's nice that they're adding more affordable skins, but wouldn't some of them look much better with new particles/effects/sounds? Queen of Diamonds Syndra is a red/white themed skin, but she's still surrounded by dark black/purple orbs, and Wild Card Shaco throws his original model's dagger when he uses his E.

What if Riot was to sell "upgrades" for cheaper skins (975 and below) that provide new particles, effects, sounds, maybe even voice mods? They could be sold for the difference between the skin's current tier and the tier it would be in with those upgrades. For example, if Riot gave Ace of Spades Ezreal an optional upgrade that provided some new particles on his abilities, Riot could sell the skin for 750 RP and the particle upgrade for 225 RP (the difference between 975 and 750). For the sake of the example, if Riot added another upgrade that changed Ace of Spades Ezreal's voice and spell effects (AFTER the new ability particle effects upgrade was already purchased), they could charge 375 RP for it (the difference between 1350 and 975).

This would be an opportunity for Riot to continue providing players with the option to purchase cheaper skins, but they could enhance the fantasy of these cheaper skins by providing optional upgrade purchases that would give the cheap skins features that would only be found on higher-price skins.

More money for Riot and more customization for players.

I think this is a rather interesting idea. Should be something they could look into especially with the chroma differences

Syndra's particle work is a lot heavier than Shaco's. They can update Shaco's dagger and easily keep his skin 750 but everything about Syndra is purple. If they go down that road even slightly, they'd have to go all out on her particles, and turn the skin into 975.

I'd like this option, though I don't see it happening. I'm just a bit bummed because who knows when Syndra will get another with all the flashy changes? I just feel this new one is a good concept that's being toned down to fit into the 750 price tier, wasted potential in my eyes. I'm more than willing to pay for quality, and when a champ I play is lucky enough to be given a skin I'd rather it was nice and felt cool to play with.
