A new champion with a whip!

Just another idea that jumped in my head right after I posted the idea of a champ with a camera. I thought of a champ, preferably female, with a everlasting, ever growing whip for a weapon. A champion that gets to whip on anyone that oppose her.

Basic attacks would be simple... Whipping enemies from a short distance. Her passive would be everlasting whip. Whenever she uses some abilities she looses a shot sum of her whip causing her to loose some attack range. After a sort while, the whip regrows itself to its former glory.

Q - This could be a skill shot thrown in any direction. If it lands on an enemy, the champ will whip out to that enemy's legs causing the whip to tangle around their legs and slowing them for a shot time. This will cause the whip to loose some range.

W - If and only when the whip is at full range, the player can activate W to unleash three devastating lashes on any enemy that has a bit more range than the basic attack range. If the whip is not at full range, the player can press W to charge the whip to deal more damage on the next basic attack. The sorter the whip the more the damage.

E - The player can try to land this skill shot on an enemy. If they do so the whip will wrap around that enemy and the champ will pull herself to that enemy, kicking them as she gets to them. Sort of like 's thing where she kicks you and does a awesome back flip.

Her R got me stuck for a while. Maybe it could be something where when activated the champ will swing the whip around her a few times, damaging all enemies hit by the whip. The longer that whip the more range this ult has. Or something like she gets increased MS and CDR for some time. It could maybe be where she activates it, immediately regrows her whip and has increased damage on all basic attacks.
