Another champion

Well there are champs that control the elements like fire, earth and water (sort of) but what of one that controls wind. No weapons, just the wind. Like Taliyah and her rocks but now only with air. One ability can give him/her a short speed boost by using wind to run faster. Or maybe create a vacuum of air that makes whoever walks in the right direction faster but if you walk against it, you will walk slower. The caster can quickly change the direction of the vacuum to make for nice cc effects and nice escapes Another could be a hurl of wind pushed in one direction roughly the side of Xerath's Q that does damage and pushes away minions completely out of its area and only push enemy champions a bit depending where they stand when the skill shot come down. If they are standing right in the middle, they will get push away form the caster. If they are standing more on the side of the skill shot, but still in it, they will get push to the side a bit. The third ability could be almost the same as Nami's Q. The caster can throw a ball of air to a desired direction that stays there. If an enemy would walk in it, they will be stunned there. The ability can be charged so that the ball of wind increases in side to be able to stun two enemies at once. Finally the ultimate could be a compressed ball of wind that the caster slams down on the ground that explodes into a huge ball/dome of air, pushing away all enemies and damaging them. Sort of like Janna's R but without the healing. This character could be involved with Yasou's false accusation and might be the real murderer or perhaps another master of wind trying to bring Yasuo to justice.
