A Honey Badger Champion

Like Volibear this champ could be a big talking honey badger. Honey badgers can have a very aggressive approach and they are fast, but what makes a honey badger such a successful animal is the armor-like skin on their back. Let's just call this champ Ratel for now. Ratel's abilities will work according to whether he is facing or looking away from a enemy champion. Like his Q and W could be used as aggressive abilities while E and also W can be used as defensive abilities. Ratel's passive is his tough back skin. Damage dealt to his back is reduced. Q - While facing an enemy this ability will give Ratel a powerful first auto attack and then two following attacks that has a bit less damage than the first. This ability can be activated again if Ratel is withing attacking range of an enemy. This will then allow Ratel to go down on four legs and quickly dash or run past his enemy and stand anywhere around the champ that he was attacking. W - Facing an enemy this abilities grants Ratel a burst of movement speed and also causes his attack speed to increase. While he is looking away form an enemy, W will still grant him movement speed but not as much as the "aggressive W". E - This ability can only be activated while Ratel is no facing an enemy. This will greatly reduce all damage for a shot time. If Ratel turns to an enemy damage reduction will decrease. I'm not too sure on what the ultimate of this champ could be... Its open to suggestions.

Maybe have the passive be a duo, bonus MS when running towards enemy, bonus armor/MR when disengaging, like a full in and out champ, kinda like a tanky assassin style of gameplay

When I think honeybadger I think 'intelligent;' captive ones tend to figure out how to escape their enclosures (often using tools) and outfox their captors. To me this means a honeybadger champ should have a high outplay potential with a kit that allows them to get around obstacles pretty easily. So maybe a dash ability which can be a tunnel if it's cast within a close range of him, a dash at mid range, and a blink at longer range with some sort of weird scaling cd so he can tunnel a lot in the jungle, but has to choose when to blink or dash proactively --- that might lend itself to an ult mechanic.
