Me "Sparkert" and my friend "SomethingDerpy" have been thinking about a new champion idea, tell me what you think!

Eltron, the forgotten Robot.

Orianna's father loved Orianna very much, they lived in piltover, the vast city with speeding production. Orianna was a great dancer and was very interested in the champions in the "League of Legends". She trained to become such a champion, however, this training also brought devastating dangers to her, which soon lead to her demise. This left Orianna's father in a deep state of depression, he began to make a replacement to Orianna, and fulfill her wish, to be a champion in the league. He had many prototypes, one was Eltron. Eltron went through many stages of development. Finally, at the peak of the development he thought he would create Eltron, but name him Orianna, in memory of his daughter. However, something clicked in his heart that Eltron wasn't completely alike to Orianna, so he scrapped Eltron, and continued on to make the perfect Orianna. Eltron was scrapped and shipped to zaun to be broken down, however, the people in zaun became intrigued by this robot, and sent him to the league for further inspection. They saw on the back of the robot there was an inscription, "Eltron". They deemed that he could be entered in the league, but he would need some repairs. Zaun had recreated him and sent him back to the league, however, there was only one thing missing. A battery, or any charge that would start Eltron. Zaun, however, wouldn't accept Eltron back, and there was only one person in the league that could truly revive him.

"Hmm, you want me to start this hunk of junk?" Xerath questioned calmly.

"Alright, I could use another opponent, and this would be a true test to my skill".

Xerath pulsed some electricity into Eltron, and he awoke.

"Orianna... Orianna," Eltron repeated.

He entered into the league. The only reason he wanted to join the league was to get revenge and kill Orianna, and show Orianna's father that he was meant to be the perfect orianna.

Passive: Unstoppable Upgrades

Heal Steal: Eltron adds spell vamp and life steal together, (30% spell vamp + 40% life steal = 70% health steal, which spells and autos will heal for 70% of damage dealt).

Advanced Building: Certain items give Eltron's abilities certain effects.

Q: Long guns will increase the cast range and increase the damage in the line. (Hextech Gunblade).

W: Items that either heal or give speical effects to heals will increase the heal on the W ability. (Ardent Censor, Mikael's crucible).

E: Movement speed items or boots will increase the distance traveled, and if Eltron exceeds over 400 ms, after the roll he will gain a 30% ms buff for 2 seconds.

R: Items that contain electricity or give off sparks will make this ult deal a small percentage of the damage in AOE damage and slow enemies caught in it by 10% added on to any slow for 2 seconds. (99% slow + 10% slow = 100% slow [Stun]).

Abilities:

Q: Electrifying whip lash: Eltron Whips a target enemy, which will also whip in a line between him and the target, unlike Lucian Q, this will home on the target, (They can't avoid it). The target will take, (60/75/80/95/115) + (15% AP/50% AD) magic damage. The enemies in the line will take a percentage of the damage. (30%/40%/60%/70%/85%). As each level it goes up, the color of the whip will change, alerting enemies. (blue, yellow, orange, red, green). And as each level it gains, it will provide more and more cc. (0% slow/15% slow/25% slow/50% slow/100% slow [Stun]). Any cc on the whip will last 1.5 seconds. Hextech Gunblade Purchase: Cast Range will increase by 15% and the damage in the line will increase by 15%. (34.5%/46%/69%/80.5%/ 97.75%). Cooldown: (10/9/8/7/6).

W: Electrical infuse: Eltron infuses target ally or himself with an electrical surge, healing them for (40/60/80/120/150) + (50% AP). If he heals himself or another robot, it will grant that target the same heal again, but in a static shield for 5 seconds. The heal will also grant anyone healed a 40% ms buff for 1 second. Ardent censor or Mikael's crucible purchase: Heals target ally or himself for (50/65/95/130/180) + (75% AP). Cooldown: (12/11/10/9/8).

E: Rolling Module: Eltron rolls in a target direction, if he rolls through an enemy he will deal (75/95/110/130/150) + (35% BONUS Health) physical damage and knocking the target aside and slowing them by 99% for 2 seconds. Tier 2 boots purchase: The distance traveled on the roll will increase by 10%, and exceeding over 400 ms will grant a 30% ms buff for 2 seconds. Cooldown: (14/13/12/11/10).

R: Ring of absolute destructive electricity: After channeling for 4 seconds Eltron punches the ground with a huge amount of force, summoning an electrifying shock wave that slowly travels across the whole map, dealing (175/280/490) + (100% AD/100% AP) magic damage. And slows enemies for 25% for 3 seconds. This will also heal allies as it travels through them, (175/210/350) + (25% AP) and also granting them a ms buff, (30%/40%/50%) over the course of 3 seconds. Enemies that have jumps or leaps can jump over this electrical line. Every level this gains, it will add additional cc. (25%/50%/99%) however, as it gains levels it will lose time in the duration. (3 seconds/ 2 seconds/ 1 second). Static Shiv Purchase: This will add on a 10% AOE slow upon target hit, and this slow will add on to any other slow. (50% + 10% = 60% slow) However, the 10% portion of it will only last for 2 seconds, so it will subtract 10% from the slow if it exceeds over 2 seconds, and if the primary slow runs out, the 10% slow persists for the rest of the duration. This AOE slow increases with levels. (10%/25%/50%), also this will take a percentage of the ult damage and add it back in AOE damage. (5%/10%/15%). (115% ult damage on a target at max level with static shiv). Cooldown: (120/110/100).

Jokes: "Finally, a fellow robot that won't steal my life." "Ah, you won't steal my entire purpose, will you blitzcrank?" "Can we be pals? Things between me and Orianna didn't work so well."

Taunts: "Wait, blitz? You're with her?" "Oh, so you aren't my friend after all." "I misjudged you blitz, TRAITOR!"

Jokes: "Mm, hotty, too bad I'm a robot." "You scare me." "You don't seem human to me."

Taunts: "Oh, I can't spin. Guess I lose." "Hey, stop spazzing out, its kinda freaking me out." "Hey... Where are you getting all these blades???"
