Zena, the magic archer.
Zena was a curious child, always wanting to posses a magic ability. However, her parents always told her she wouldn't ever have any magic, because it didn't exist. After years and years of Zena and her parents denying each other, she finally snapped after a furious fight. She ran from her house, she ran as far as possible. She didn't stop running, and she didn't want to believe that her parents were right. She had read many books on the shadow isles in her magic studies, so she knew where it was. She traveled far and long, surviving on the few rations she could find. Her food supply grew smaller and smaller as she got closer and closer to the fabled place. She finally arrived at the shadow isles, hungry, tired, and thirsty. She found the heart of a forest. There was nothing there but a single bow in a shallow pond. She walked towards it with disappointment and picked it up. Zena was then surrounded by a pack of wolves, she realized magic didn't exist, and that there was nothing left for her. She screamed in an angry fit of rage as she realized that her entire life was leading up to this disappointment. She sat down on the ground awaiting her inevitable demise. However, at her surprise she realized the bow was glistening, and she had a quiver on her back. She cried tears of joy and regretted ever having any doubt of magic. She spun around, shooting every single wolf. Content with her new magic, she headed back home. On her way back she realized she wasn't hungry, thirsty, or tired. She arrived home to see her parents were happy to see her and sympathetically apologized to her. She showed them her magic and told of her departure to the "League of Legends". They were proud of her and wished her luck. Zena hadn't realized how much her parents missed her, as they searched for her almost every second she was gone. She entered the league, and was ready to fully commit to the new career, and she was happy her parents were proud of her too.
Passive: Magic Arrows Zena only has a limited amount of ranged attacks, starting at 10, once she is out of arrows, she uses her bow as a weapon, becoming melee, dealing 40/70/100 (40 lvl 1-6, 70 lvl 7-13, 100 lvl 14-18) physical damage plus her current AD. Her ranged form has 40 AD, but purchasing AD items will increase the damage. Each auto attack on an enemy champion will give them a debuff for 5 seconds, this debuff makes it so Zena's next basic attack in ranged form will deal 50% of the damage that her last auto attack did on that champion, plus her current AD. If she attacks someone with her last arrow the debuff will not go through. Also, every 10 seconds an arrow will randomly spawn within auto attack range, and it will despawn after 5 seconds. (One will not spawn unless she is missing arrows, so the 10 second cooldown will not take effect unless she is missing an arrow). Also, every second basic attack on an enemy champion will refund an arrow.
Q: Triple shot Passive: Killing a neutral monster or minion will refund 1 arrow back.
Zena dashes in a target direction, while at the same time firing 3 arrows to the nearest target in her auto attack range (prioritizes champions), the 3 arrows will be treated as normal 3 auto attacks. If she auto attacks the target before using this ability, all 3 of the auto attacks will instantly proc her passive on all of the auto attacks. Cost: 3 Arrows. Cooldown: (8/7/6/5/4).
W: Beserker speed Passive: Every 20 seconds Zena generates an extra arrow.
Empowers Zena's next basic attack in melee form to grant her a bonus 100% attack speed and movement speed for 5 seconds. No Cost. Cooldown: (16/15/14/13/12).
E: Spinning shots Passive: Every 100 damage Zena gets from AD items will grant her an extra 10 arrows (Maximum cap of 30 arrows).
Zena spins around, firing 5 arrows around her, they will pierce through targets, dealing 80/100/140/220/380 + (10% AD) magic damage. If she hits 2 targets with one arrow, both targets will be stunned for 2 seconds. Cost: 5 Arrows. Cooldown: (24/22/20/18/16).
R: Initiative Attack Passive: Upon getting a kill or assist, Zena receives 5/10/15 arrows.
Upon activating, Zena throws her bow in a target direction, if she hits an enemy there will be an aoe magic blast. This blast will deal 150/300/600 + (2% AD x max arrow capacity) magic damage and knock back all enemies hit a decent distance. If any targets hit into a wall or structure, they will be stunned for 5 seconds. If she doesn't hit anyone her bow will linger on the ground of where she threw it until she dies. She can pick it up, but until then she can't auto attack or use abilities. Cost: 10 Arrows. Cooldown: (140/110/70).
